True story.. True story... my internet went offline a few days back and since then no solution. They say my request was put in backlog which will be handled min 2, max 7 days. If they can't fix it ( probably this's what's going to happen ), they'll arrange an appointment with Guidion. Slow service to say the least. The problem is solved by a KPN technician.

VERY shady phone call of Sales Rep Sales Rep not following proper telecom guidelines when it comes to selling us a contract. He confirmed that we could end the contract on a monthly basis after 12 months but he just then send us the 36 months contract and when asking him about this, his answer was: yeah don't worry that is just a price garantuee so your price won't go up after 12 months. Found it a very shady conversation and overpromising of a lot. Saying glasvezel will be available in a month. Now after talking to a different colleague, it appears this won't be available anytime soon as they are still waiting on contract being signed off. What a terrible company. Will never subscribe with T-Mobile every again. Cancelled the membership now of course in the first 14 days.

Awful company to deal with Awful company to deal with. 1st appointment: The mechanic who installed the fiber smelled of alcohol and was acting strange. Problem with switching over so no WIFI. 2nd Appoinment: Outside of house but didn't tell us we didn't need to be home for 5 hrs. They found an underground issue. Phone call: Apparently now the problem has moved inside the house. 3rd Appointment: Cancelled 2 days before due to no mechanic illness. Do they only have one mechanic? 4th Appointment: No show, no phone call. 5th Appointment: No show, no phone call. 6th Appointment: Scheduled in 2 days, 3 weeks with no wifi think we'll just cancel now and go with another provider because T-mobile are totally incompetent.

They offer a service without support They offer a service without support. I tried to get T-Mobile Internet and was told there was no optic fiber option. Fine, so I took the DSL option instead. Apparently you can not connect via coax cables, only via ISRA. So I call them to ask if they can install an ISRA point... Nope, they do this via KPN on your own charges, and in my case I would need to do this via the apartment rental service. If you're an internet provider you should be required to offer at least basic utilities to people. Even their own support line did not try to help and suggested I look elsewhere...

T-mobile TV NL freezes despite internet speed test saying my internet is fast Another hour spent this evening with the TV repeating the same scene until I turn it off. My experience has gone from bad to worse. I pay for 1000mbps and I get up/download speeds of 7-15mbps. That's not all T-mobile's fault: the person I bought my apartment from decided not to mention the thick walls that I could have circumvented by opting for Ziggo and co-axial cable. More $ and wifi relays later, and I was getting 30mbps up and down. That's thirty times less than I should be, but bearable. Now, since May 2023, the speed has dropped by half again or more. I have to put up with it for another 6 months, then I'm changing.
