USIt's really horrible It's really horrible. Okay, it's just a really simple thing that needs doing. It just needs somebody to actually assist all. As I'm getting is a very bad website. And I've been trying to go on it for an hour to get a system. I would rather not do business with any company that uses checkr. Or for a background check from now on

USThey Verified information that was not… They Verified information that was not supposed to be verified. Didn't know it was legal to present expunged/closed case court info to a job you're applying for. This company just pulls up anything and marks Consider? Consider what? a record that has been sealed? Th9is company needs to be eradicated

USCommercial driver disqualified from rideshare because of this dumb company I work as a commercial truck driver with all endorsements; I have no problem with actual agencies and HR finding everything I need; and I have never been declined a position for commercial and passenger operations. But because rideshare companies use this stupid company for background checks, I can't work for any of them, as I was disqualified without explanation. And it hasn't changed status in two years. This happened 12/13/21.

CAAn active drain on the North American workforce This dreadful company uses (incorrect) questions generated from your home address and bank to check your background. If anything at all goes wrong they will keep you running in circles with short ID videos that must be kept under a comically small MB limit based around their terrible face recognition software until you are forced out of whatever position you were applying for. Terrible company using terrible verification methods.

DENo feedback channel to this company The German email I received from this company was horrible. I wanted to offer feedback but there is no way as an applicant to reach anybody. Replying to the email doesn't work, the chat on the webpage is not for applicants, etc. The English language was also unclear and so avoided using them and found another way with my company. I am sorry for everybody who is asked to use this company.
