GBWorst company I have ever dealt with It is physically impossible to get ahold of an actual human being if you have any sort of error. Heaven forbid you make a mistake, because you will never be able to fix it. I don't know who thought it was a good idea to replace humans with a worthless chat bot, but perhaps they should be replaced with a bot too. I've never been so enraged in trying to change one thing. This is an absolutely worthless organization which only exists to siphon away VC funds.

GBNot secure data policies Was planning on switching my company to Checkr. We only do about one check per month so not high volume. Put the first potential employee in and got no confirmation and it doesn’t show them in the database for status (which I would expect to be pending). I contacted Checkr, and they emailed me and asked for MY name, birthdate, MONTH the request was made and MY DL number. Two major issues here. 1, the month? You have checks you haven’t completed in a month? 2, you are a firm responsible for logging personal identity information and you are asking me to provide those details to you in an insecure fashion such as email? Really. Not to mention you don’t have MY birthdate nor MY DL number on the account because I’m not running the check on myself.

GBEmployers: Do not use this service I am not sure why companies use Checkr for their background check process. I am getting daily requests for me to upload documentation that Checkr should be tracking down. The amount of time I spend doing their work is insane. What makes things worse is that you cannot get a live person on the phone when the documents will not upload. If you are an employer, especially one that cares about the candidate's experience, do not use Checkr for your background checks.

GBTerrible customer service For anybody that says its super fast well they must get paid to swy that! I don't even have a background to have a background check! Its taken two weeks and still waiting for results bunchnof bs you cant get ahold of anyone but a bot poor customer service!! Terrible company if i could hive a zero star that would be my choice

GBThis company is horrible This company is horrible. I have a relatively clean record and noticed an abnormality on a background check k they performed when I emailed and called multiple times before finally being able to talk to someone who could barely speak English and I was Essentially told to kick rocks.I sent at least half a dozen more emails to them trying to contact a supervisor with no response at all. Since this horrible company is what a job I applied to uses as their sole source for background checks I was not hired for a position because of checkr.
