Poor product descriptions The product descriptions say that the background checks are sufficient for school district employees and teachers. However they do not provide the required fingerprinting level check for these position. So I wasted money that they will not refund on BG checks that don't actually meet the minimum standard for the industry. The customer service was no help and displayed no interest in resolving my issues.

They Verified information that was not… They Verified information that was not supposed to be verified. Didn't know it was legal to present expunged/closed case court info to a job you're applying for. This company just pulls up anything and marks Consider? Consider what? a record that has been sealed? Th9is company needs to be eradicated

An active drain on the North American workforce This dreadful company uses (incorrect) questions generated from your home address and bank to check your background. If anything at all goes wrong they will keep you running in circles with short ID videos that must be kept under a comically small MB limit based around their terrible face recognition software until you are forced out of whatever position you were applying for. Terrible company using terrible verification methods.

Quick response with just what we need Our needs are simple, a quick background check on church volunteers. Checkr delivers the results, with no more info than needed, in a short period of time. I don’t have to maintain PII that our church does not need (SSN’s) that were required to be maintained in the church records in previous solutions.

This company is horrible This company is horrible. I have a relatively clean record and noticed an abnormality on a background check k they performed when I emailed and called multiple times before finally being able to talk to someone who could barely speak English and I was Essentially told to kick rocks.I sent at least half a dozen more emails to them trying to contact a supervisor with no response at all. Since this horrible company is what a job I applied to uses as their sole source for background checks I was not hired for a position because of checkr.
