GBService itself is poor Service itself is poor. We've been with this company for less than a year, and had technicians attempt to fix connection issues several times, until we had enough and switched to a more reliable company. Although they reluctantly provided a small refund for a portion of the time we were without service, they continued to bill us because of the contract terms, even though we HAD NO SERVICE. Would not recommend this provider.

GBI would give zero stars if I could I would give zero stars if I could. After 5 years of service with earthlink, the neverending payment increases eventually drove me out. I started at 60 a month and they would increase the payment without warning until I was paying 100 a month with no explanation or heads up. They increase your payment so they can run new promos for new customers while sc*e*ing over the customers that have been with them for years. And the customer service is ALL vocational assistance that have NO idea what's going on. Just a heads up. The good reviews are 90% fake and they delete the bad reviews. That's why I'm here leaving this review, to hopefully help someone else before they get predatorized by this company. They will sign you up for s decent price but be warned!!!!!! Once they have you they don't give a s**t about you after, and will just keep soaking you for more and more money until you eventually find another service provider. They are horrible!!! Pay a bit more up front and go with anyone else!!!!!

GBI have been with them for 30 years I have been with them for 30 years, but last week, their firewall has locked me out of sending and receiving emails. I'm basically sunk. So i have called tech support and they said it would be resolved in 72 hours. The worst. I am actively going to one.com. what a difference. Update: I have reviewed the response from Samantha and frankly you should check wit your technical team, before you respond. You (carrierzone - your provider) has put in geo locking for email - so if you leave the USA you email will stop working. I am on travel for a few weeks and I cannot send or receive email. This has destroyed my trip, but it's OK the 'TEAM' at earthlink said they could unlock it, but it actually takes a week for EACH county. UPDATE #2: I now have email access in London - but guess what - they have turned off me access from the USA (I can tell since email does not work with my VPN turned on). I'll have to file another ticket to see if I can get my IP unblocked from the USA. This will take another '72 hours'

GBBy far the worst company in… By far the worst company in communication and service. My internet was disconnected yesterday got it back up to date same day and the next day it’s still not back up and working . Agent says it’ll be on Monday!?? From Friday morning ?? Ridiculous. Even when getting the internet installed on my moving day they changed my dates around because it was more convenient for them to come on a different day than I scheduled! If I could go back to Spectrum or Verizon i would . But they are out of my area

GBIf only I could leave zero stars If only I could leave zero stars, why does it take 7-10 business days to fully be removed from your internet service, kinda feels like a punishment for switching services. Do a bit more shopping, find a better deal - or do what earthlink does and just use AT&T.
