USThe worst internet provider I have ever dealt with. I work from home and my internet went down on 09.29.23 and earthlink has provided nothing but lies and delays. Everyday my internet is down I can not work. I have already missed 7 days and counting. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They promise a technician will come out I wait from 8-5 and he never shows up. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

USIf only I could leave zero stars If only I could leave zero stars, why does it take 7-10 business days to fully be removed from your internet service, kinda feels like a punishment for switching services. Do a bit more shopping, find a better deal - or do what earthlink does and just use AT&T.

USAbsolutely horrible Absolutely horrible, do not use this internet service. I canceled my account and while on the phone with the rep Alexa they took my money out anyway and she stated they will put it back after receiving equipment, when I asked why, she wouldn't give a valid reason. The internet service is overprice and not at all worth it. I was on the phone with her while I noticed right after she canceled my service she charged my account which is totally ridiculous. I filled out the form and I’m returning the modem today. I’ve only had it for a month and wasn’t under contract. If I could give you all a -15 I would.

USBy far the worst company in… By far the worst company in communication and service. My internet was disconnected yesterday got it back up to date same day and the next day it’s still not back up and working . Agent says it’ll be on Monday!?? From Friday morning ?? Ridiculous. Even when getting the internet installed on my moving day they changed my dates around because it was more convenient for them to come on a different day than I scheduled! If I could go back to Spectrum or Verizon i would . But they are out of my area

USAbsolutely the worst customer service Absolutely the worst customer service. I’m on day 7 of no internet since no technician could be booked til Wednesday. Technician was supposed to come today between noon-4 yet still no technician has shown up. Been on hold for the past 25mins waiting to talk to customer service. I explained I had to take off work today to be here and they seem to not care what so ever. I would highly recommend anyone looking for internet look elsewhere
