USService itself is poor Service itself is poor. We've been with this company for less than a year, and had technicians attempt to fix connection issues several times, until we had enough and switched to a more reliable company. Although they reluctantly provided a small refund for a portion of the time we were without service, they continued to bill us because of the contract terms, even though we HAD NO SERVICE. Would not recommend this provider.

USTrustpilot needs a zero star option for… Trustpilot needs a zero star option for companies this bad. We had sporadic, weekend-long outages for a while and now our internet hasn't worked for more than a few minutes at a time in a month! Our computer and modem are newish, we're both tech-savvy, and we've done all the bogus "fixes" they've suggested. Don't waste your money or frustrate yourself by dealing with Earthlink.

CAHad a county wide power outage that… Had a county wide power outage that also took out our wifi. Fortunately, Earthlink has superb technical support teams that are very responsive, follow through on actions and then call back to ensure that the customer is getting the best service and resolutions that you deserve. This team are superstars.

USI was a 25 year Earthlink customer I am a 25 year Earthlink customer. Recent password reset which they said "you might have been hacked". Vague, inconsistent advice and failure to fulfill my repeated requests to have Earthlink Security contact me. When I told the help that I would have to terminate my service after 25 years they said "sorry for your inconvenience. Addt'ly, download speeds uniformly much slower than I was paying for. Overall very shabby service for the high monthly rates paid.

USI have been with Earthlink approximately 5-6 years I have been with Earthlink approximately 5-6 years and I can't say anything bad about the company, and it's employees. Anytime I've experienced an issue, regardless of the time of day, or night, they have always been there on the spot with a cheerful greeting and they zero in on the problem and resolve it. I'm very happy with Earthlink and the staff.
