USSAP Concur should have zero stars If I could give SAP Concur zero stars, I would. My employer, New York University, switched to SAP Concur to handle our travel and expense items last month. It is an unmitigated disaster. Every faculty member and administrator is complaining--people aren't getting their out-of-pocket expenses processed, there's no response from the "tech teams" at SAP Concur. Our in-house NYU tech managers and finance directors are also voicing their extreme dissatisfaction. Did anyone read these TERRIBLE Trust Pilot reviews beforehand? One has to wonder.

GBSCAM This system is designed to waste your time and cause problems which they then get to charge extra to address. This is basically a SCAM that's sold to management as a turnkey system. FFS do NOT use this service if you can possibly avoid it.

GBThe worst app for business travel The worst possible app for business travel. Anytime I’ve booked a flight, it’s always cancelled , not completed in time because of the way their system is not configured by which time the price of a flight has massively increased. I’ve been trying to book a flight for the last five days and this is my third attempt, by which time the flight has increased from £230 to £296. Not to mention the hours of wasted. And because of the price increase it needs to go to a senior Manager for approval because it’s out of business budget. Avoid at all costs, if you’re a business, looking to find a travel booking system, definitely look elsewhere.

USI cannot believe they are in business... I cannot believe they are in business - WORST user interface, worst customer service. I booked a hotel for work - keep trying to cancel - won't work. Now on hold for 32 minutes and counting - I have a meeting, this is ridiculous - I am going to escalate internally - if there is a competitor out there, I wish we could switch to them. Most inefficient system I have ever used.

GBHopeless Can't change your account password without contacting the non-existent support. Report a problem to support and expect a response in two weeks at best. Facility to upload receipts on the web portal fails frequently. Facility to upload receipts from the Android app fails. Period. AI consistently guesses the incorrect country for most of the transactions. If only it were possible to rate with ZERO stars. Save yourself the heartache and the significant cost, this is a hopelessly delivered and supported product.
