Don't waste your money! The company claims that it can offer IP location services that may not work properly, especially in certain locations in the Middle East. So, if this is what you're looking for, be cautious and consider whether it's worth your investment.

No cancellation option Gave no option to cancel the free trial so I emailed on day 1 asking them to cancel it manually. Got charged for a year’s subscription on day 7. Ignored my emails for 3 months until Amex contacted them to dispute the charge. Luckily Amex refunded me without questions. And a few months later, I received an email from HMA asking me to review them, so thanks for the reminder! Would give zero stars if I could.

I paid on December 23 for a 3-year subscription, but only after 1 month I don't have access to the platform any more. It shows as if my subscription had expired. Possibly the worst VPN I've ever tried for downloads Possibly the worst VPN I've ever tried. Constant disconnects. I'm not exaggerating when I say I get 10-15+ disconnects in a 30 minute span. Constantly trying different servers and the same thing happens. I have never had this kind of problem with a VPN service. P2P servers are fast, but will disconnect constantly. This VPN is virtually useless if you're downloading files. Great for browsing though, which is why there's 2 stars. If I could rate the download capabilities of this server, HMA would be giving me stars instead.
