Took my money even though I said don't In the past they've done ok, but this time it's been a nightmare. I started a new trial but it wouldn't apply to my account. So I emailed them and asked to cancel the account and annual renewal. They haven't replied to that request. Now they've taken my annual subscription and even though I've messaged them again asking for a refund, they still haven't replied to either of my messages and just walked away with my money.

No cancellation option Gave no option to cancel the free trial so I emailed on day 1 asking them to cancel it manually. Got charged for a year’s subscription on day 7. Ignored my emails for 3 months until Amex contacted them to dispute the charge. Luckily Amex refunded me without questions. And a few months later, I received an email from HMA asking me to review them, so thanks for the reminder! Would give zero stars if I could.

A scam! Just the worst of the worst. The worst of the worst. I'm starting to think they are just a scam. I paid on December 23 for a 3-year subscription, but only after 1 month I don't have access to the platform any more. It shows as if my subscription had expired. Opened a ticket several times, but no answer whatsoever. DON'T FALL FOR THIS TRAP! STAY AWAY!!!

I requested the 7 day HMA trial and after 5 days tried to cancel the whole thing before anything was charged. Since there was no option to cancel a subscription in my account (no button there) and no PayPal/Google Play subscription, I have written emails to the support, which have not been answered until today. Money was of course debited and the tariff is opaque. There is no tariff offered that fits the price I paid. Everything seems very dubious, I can not recommend.

Useless with Linux Useless with Linux. Have never been able to connect (all connection instructions point you to *.ovpn files on pages that 404 out), yet the company keeps charging me monthly. Customer service is unresponsive or unhelpful. I don't need my hand held, but I can't connect when I'm pointed to config files don't exist!
