I have the app set to "killswitch" if there is anything wrong with the app, but it just crashes anyway without turning off my connection to the internet as it promises. No way of telling when my security was breached or how. My antivirus now detects trojans when I tried to reinstall. Unsafe website, poor service, faulty product. Edit: support replied here and asked me to contact them. A week later still not replying. Scammers.

No cancellation option Gave no option to cancel the free trial so I emailed on day 1 asking them to cancel it manually. Got charged for a year’s subscription on day 7. Ignored my emails for 3 months until Amex contacted them to dispute the charge. Luckily Amex refunded me without questions. And a few months later, I received an email from HMA asking me to review them, so thanks for the reminder! Would give zero stars if I could.

A scam! Just the worst of the worst. The worst of the worst. I'm starting to think they are just a scam. I paid on December 23 for a 3-year subscription, but only after 1 month I don't have access to the platform any more. It shows as if my subscription had expired. Do not honour the money-back guarantee & support does not respond I have tried to get a refund through your 30-day money-back guarantee, but you're not honouring it. I have sent multiple requests to cancel my subscription and receive a refund within the 30 days, and the only replies I have received are to say that the team will get back to me within 48 hours -- no one ever has. You are not standing by your 30-day money-back guarantee. On top of that, there is no way to manually cancel the annual subscription and I can't turn off auto renew. So, you've sent me an email asking how you're doing -- pretty $h!t to be honest!

Stay away Omg!! They charge you but don’t deliver. I signed up as I needed it urgently, but despite paying, it still kept on saying no active subscription when logging in. Scam. I ended up buying elsewhere. Regret ever giving my details out to this (at best) amateurish biz or (at worst) fraudulent scam show.
