SCAM I signed up for the trial and it didn't work well. Not a huge problem. I went to cancel - logged into my account and it said my email / account could not be found. Emailed them, contacted support on their website. I even contacted them on Facebook. I stated I wanted to cancel before my trial. I received form emails back saying they had received my messageI even contacted them on Facebook. I couldn't cancel it. Couldnt reach anyone. They charged me. It is clear from the indictment they were logging all of his activity despite their claim in their FAQs that states: "No activity of any kind is logged." I certainly don't condone the illegal hacking he or anyone else did but this event really reveals the truth about the company and the fact that their actions are completely contrary to their promises. "Actions speak louder than words", and this is a perfect example of why this idiom is so imperative.
