The negative list is longer. - Big mix up upon subscription that ended in double subscription. - Customer service selectively responds to questions. Anything controversial, for example about finances, is ignored. - If you want to use HMA to work around geographical blocs from other service providers (TV services for example) HMA DOESN'T WORK period. Their IPs get detected. - some of their IPs are extremely slow. I do not recommend HMA and personally I will not renew.
