I requested the 7 day HMA trial and after 5 days tried to cancel the whole thing before anything was charged. Since there was no option to cancel a subscription in my account (no button there) and no PayPal/Google Play subscription, I have written emails to the support, which have not been answered until today. Money was of course debited and the tariff is opaque. There is no tariff offered that fits the price I paid. Everything seems very dubious, I can not recommend.

I have the app set to "killswitch" if there is anything wrong with the app, but it just crashes anyway without turning off my connection to the internet as it promises. No way of telling when my security was breached or how. My antivirus now detects trojans when I tried to reinstall. Unsafe website, poor service, faulty product. Edit: support replied here and asked me to contact them. A week later still not replying. Scammers.

SCAM I signed up for the trial and it didn't work well. Not a huge problem. I went to cancel - logged into my account and it said my email / account could not be found. Emailed them, contacted support on their website. I even contacted them on Facebook. I stated I wanted to cancel before my trial. I received form emails back saying they had received my messageI even contacted them on Facebook. I couldn't cancel it. Couldnt reach anyone. They charged me. I now am disputing the charge with my bank.

Took my money even though I said don't In the past they've done ok, but this time it's been a nightmare. I started a new trial but it wouldn't apply to my account. So I emailed them and asked to cancel the account and annual renewal. They haven't replied to that request. Now they've taken my annual subscription and even though I've messaged them again asking for a refund, they still haven't replied to either of my messages and just walked away with my money.

Dropped connections, lying about locations, slow speed Dropped connections. Often abysmal speeds. They lie about the location where you will appear after connecting to a remote location in another country. It seems you select New York, NY for example and when you check the IP address with "What's My IP Address?" it will show London, UK, or Miami, FL? WTH?!!?!
