SCAM I signed up for the trial and it didn't work well. Not a huge problem. I went to cancel - logged into my account and it said my email / account could not be found. Emailed them, contacted support on their website. I even contacted them on Facebook. I stated I wanted to cancel before my trial. I received form emails back saying they had received my messageI even contacted them on Facebook. I couldn't cancel it. Couldnt reach anyone. They charged me. I now am disputing the charge with my bank.

Do not honour the money-back guarantee & support does not respond I have tried to get a refund through your 30-day money-back guarantee, but you're not honouring it. I have sent multiple requests to cancel my subscription and receive a refund within the 30 days, and the only replies I have received are to say that the team will get back to me within 48 hours -- no one ever has. You are not standing by your 30-day money-back guarantee. On top of that, there is no way to manually cancel the annual subscription and I can't turn off auto renew. So, you've sent me an email asking how you're doing -- pretty $h!t to be honest!

I requested the 7 day HMA trial and after 5 days tried to cancel the whole thing before anything was charged. Since there was no option to cancel a subscription in my account (no button there) and no PayPal/Google Play subscription, I have written emails to the support, which have not been answered until today. Money was of course debited and the tariff is opaque. There is no tariff offered that fits the price I paid. Everything seems very dubious, I can not recommend.

Stay away Omg!! They charge you but don’t deliver. I signed up as I needed it urgently, but despite paying, it still kept on saying no active subscription when logging in. Scam. I ended up buying elsewhere. Regret ever giving my details out to this (at best) amateurish biz or (at worst) fraudulent scam show.
