I have the app set to "killswitch" if there is anything wrong with the app, but it just crashes anyway without turning off my connection to the internet as it promises. No way of telling when my security was breached or how. My antivirus now detects trojans when I tried to reinstall. Unsafe website, poor service, faulty product. Edit: support replied here and asked me to contact them. A week later still not replying. Scammers.

I have sent multiple requests to cancel my subscription and receive a refund within the 30 days, and the only replies I have received are to say that the team will get back to me within 48 hours -- no one ever has. You are not standing by your 30-day money-back guarantee. On top of that, there is no way to manually cancel the annual subscription and I can't turn off auto renew.
