So I emailed them and asked to cancel the account and annual renewal. They haven't replied to that request. I have the app set to "killswitch" if there is anything wrong with the app, but it just crashes anyway without turning off my connection to the internet as it promises. No way of telling when my security was breached or how. My antivirus now detects trojans when I tried to reinstall. Unsafe website, poor service, faulty product. The negative list is longer. - Big mix up upon subscription that ended in double subscription. - Customer service selectively responds to questions. Anything controversial, for example about finances, is ignored. - If you want to use HMA to work around geographical blocs from other service providers (TV services for example) HMA DOESN'T WORK period.
