GBDisappointing, not recommend at all Disappointing, not recommend at all. The service used to be good but now there is only 6 streaming servers. None of them is working with Disney + Android TV app is not allowing to connect on them as well. When reporting the issue, custommer care just say you should try & retry. They’re not proposing reimbursment even if the service is not any more what you’ve paid for.

GBUseless with Linux Useless with Linux. Have never been able to connect (all connection instructions point you to *.ovpn files on pages that 404 out), yet the company keeps charging me monthly. Customer service is unresponsive or unhelpful. I don't need my hand held, but I can't connect when I'm pointed to config files don't exist!

GBDo not honour the money-back guarantee & support does not respond I have tried to get a refund through your 30-day money-back guarantee, but you're not honouring it. I have sent multiple requests to cancel my subscription and receive a refund within the 30 days, and the only replies I have received are to say that the team will get back to me within 48 hours -- no one ever has. You are not standing by your 30-day money-back guarantee. On top of that, there is no way to manually cancel the annual subscription and I can't turn off auto renew. So, you've sent me an email asking how you're doing -- pretty $h!t to be honest!

DKStay away Omg!! They charge you but don’t deliver. I signed up as I needed it urgently, but despite paying, it still kept on saying no active subscription when logging in. Scam. I ended up buying elsewhere. Regret ever giving my details out to this (at best) amateurish biz or (at worst) fraudulent scam show.

GBHideMYAss.com should be called "Snitch… HideMYAss.com should be called "Snitch On Your Ass". Lookup the case of Cody Kretsinger (LulzSec fiasco). It is clear from the indictment they were logging all of his activity despite their claim in their FAQs that states: "No activity of any kind is logged." I certainly don't condone the illegal hacking he or anyone else did but this event really reveals the truth about the company and the fact that their actions are completely contrary to their promises. "Actions speak louder than words", and this is a perfect example of why this idiom is so imperative.
