Do not honour the money-back guarantee & support does not respond I have tried to get a refund through your 30-day money-back guarantee, but you're not honouring it. I have sent multiple requests to cancel my subscription and receive a refund within the 30 days, and the only replies I have received are to say that the team will get back to me within 48 hours -- no one ever has. You are not standing by your 30-day money-back guarantee. On top of that, there is no way to manually cancel the annual subscription and I can't turn off auto renew. So, you've sent me an email asking how you're doing -- pretty $h!t to be honest!

No way of telling when my security was breached or how. My antivirus now detects trojans when I tried to reinstall. Unsafe website, poor service, faulty product. SCAM I signed up for the trial and it didn't work well. Not a huge problem. I went to cancel - logged into my account and it said my email / account could not be found. Emailed them, contacted support on their website. I even contacted them on Facebook. I stated I wanted to cancel before my trial. I received form emails back saying they had received my messageI even contacted them on Facebook. I couldn't cancel it. Couldnt reach anyone. They charged me. I now am disputing the charge with my bank.
