It seems you select New York, NY for example and when you check the IP address with "What's My IP Address?" it will show London, UK, or Miami, FL? WTH?!!?!

Useless with Linux Useless with Linux. Have never been able to connect (all connection instructions point you to *.ovpn files on pages that 404 out), yet the company keeps charging me monthly. Customer service is unresponsive or unhelpful. I don't need my hand held, but I can't connect when I'm pointed to config files don't exist!
