Stay away Omg!! They charge you but don’t deliver. I signed up as I needed it urgently, but despite paying, it still kept on saying no active subscription when logging in. Scam. I ended up buying elsewhere. Regret ever giving my details out to this (at best) amateurish biz or (at worst) fraudulent scam show.

Do not honour the money-back guarantee & support does not respond I have tried to get a refund through your 30-day money-back guarantee, but you're not honouring it. I have sent multiple requests to cancel my subscription and receive a refund within the 30 days, and the only replies I have received are to say that the team will get back to me within 48 hours -- no one ever has. You are not standing by your 30-day money-back guarantee. On top of that, there is no way to manually cancel the annual subscription and I can't turn off auto renew. So, you've sent me an email asking how you're doing -- pretty $h!t to be honest!

Ignored my emails for 3 months until Amex contacted them to dispute the charge. Luckily Amex refunded me without questions. I have the app set to "killswitch" if there is anything wrong with the app, but it just crashes anyway without turning off my connection to the internet as it promises. No way of telling when my security was breached or how. My antivirus now detects trojans when I tried to reinstall. Unsafe website, poor service, faulty product. Edit: support replied here and asked me to contact them. A week later still not replying. Scammers.

Possibly the worst VPN I've ever tried for downloads Possibly the worst VPN I've ever tried. Constant disconnects. I'm not exaggerating when I say I get 10-15+ disconnects in a 30 minute span. Constantly trying different servers and the same thing happens. I have never had this kind of problem with a VPN service. P2P servers are fast, but will disconnect constantly. This VPN is virtually useless if you're downloading files. Great for browsing though, which is why there's 2 stars. If I could rate the download capabilities of this server, HMA would be giving me stars instead.
