F*** you Zenfolio - TOTAL SCAM!!! Dear Zenfolio, F*** you Website is slow as F*** User Experience is bad as F*** Customer service is inexistent & F***** up You have zero respect for your clients. And then it’s impossible to cancel subscription, because you need to reach a chat that is out of service, there is no answer to email requests either and Zenfolio automatically renews the subscription charging the credit card without consent or possibility to remove it from the account. I hope your company will Go bankrupt as fast as possible and disappear before the end of my totally unacceptably overpriced subscription this year. Sincerly, a 10 years very disappointed user

10 Year customer evaluating other services :( I have been with Zenfolio for ten years and am having to turn very negative towards them. The archive debacle has my clients of many years frustrated with me (not zenfolio) because they cannot access their content. Zenfolio you have lost my trust and it may cost me an account or two. 12 hour restoral promises are still not occurring after a week of attempts including customer service promising escalation for critical galleries. For now, having to switch my clients to my dropbox. Really sad.

So many LOYAL customers for over a… So many LOYAL customers for over a decade in my reading below. I have been with them since 2010. I cannot get over how unprofessional this is. Fine if you need to upgrade your archival process as a company but NOT at the client's expense while you still charge them for images they cannot even f* access. So so so very disappointed. I have SO many images I cannot even access or find right now. They should be held accountable and also refund clients.

I concur with all the negative reports… I concur with all the negative reports here. I also have been a zenfolio client for around fifteen years. I have just cancelled my account as, like others, archiving and restoring is a slow, clunky, nightmare. The thought of trying to download my galleries, which would also be a nightmare, has led me to the decision to reload onto a working alternative site from hard drive back-ups. Sorry Zenfolio, you have screwed up big time!
