USI've been a customer of zenfolio for 16 years I've been a customer of zenfolio for sixteen years. I'm not sure what Zenfolio is doing. They keep increasing their prices even as their platform gets worse and worse in terms of performance. The archiving fiasco is one thing, another is that basic features don't work, they don't support their classic app and the website is glacially slow. Today I tried to upload a gallery of images for a client. "Tried" is the operative word. Despite the platform showing all of the images were uploading, only about 1/3 of the images would be in the galllery. I tried to upload repeatedly, but finally gave up after ten tries. I'm not sure what Zenfolio is doing with the clients they have but this is not acceptable. There is no reason to stay on this platform

US10 Year customer evaluating other services :( I have been with Zenfolio for ten years and am having to turn very negative towards them. The archive debacle has my clients of many years frustrated with me (not zenfolio) because they cannot access their content. Zenfolio you have lost my trust and it may cost me an account or two. 12 hour restoral promises are still not occurring after a week of attempts including customer service promising escalation for critical galleries. For now, having to switch my clients to my dropbox. Really sad.

USBeen a client for over 10 years and I… Been a client for over 10 years and I have no idea what I am going to do moving forward. I can't stay with Zenfolio if they are going to continue archiving galleries. They started archiving galleries, I can't access images, this is a nightmare, you can only set so many galleies that won't archive overtime. This is NOT what I signed up for! Everything I like about Zenfolio is now gone.

USZenfolio really going downhill - Stay awy The first 7-8 years with Zenfolio were good. There were occasional hiccups with their slow uploading but overall it was acceptable. The past 2-3 years have been terrible and this new archiving scheme that they are forcing on everyone is a disaster! I have no idea how they thought this was a good deal for photographers. I believe they are trying to get the classic users to leave so they can go on to other things. There is no customer service. You hit their chat button and you might get a reply a week later. I would warn people to stay away from Zenfolio...I'm looking at other platforms right now.

USWith them for more than a decade, just gets worse. With them for more than a decade - top pkg. I don't remember any improvements ever. Very disappointed in the outdated cart. The latest "archiving" scheme is being implemented without actually testing - and the fails are here. The support is non-existent.
