GBImpossible to contact Impossible to contact. Virtual assistants and website take you round in circles. I have been unable to access my work e-mail account since 13 April, causing mayhem to my business. Its a Microsoft federation issue linked to my Godaddy domain. All I get is the following when I try to log in; AADSTS50107: the requested federation realm "sso:godaddy:xxxxx.co.uk" does not exist. No-one can tell me when this will be resolved. At Microsoft there is nobody to ask.

AUCancellation request ignored and it cost me I requested a Microsoft subscription be cancelled but my card was still charged. After many hours on the phone and promises of a refund, after 2 months of their stuff ups they refunded my money less 2 months subscription (again, 2 months of their stuff ups). It is impossible to communicate with this company. And they treat you like a nobody.

GBMicrosoft - when did a simple thing like updating an email address become so complex you need a PhD degree to do it? I have always been a fan of Microsoft, but something happened today that really upset me. My bank in South Africa now uses Microsoft Teams to verify bona fide clients overseas. As I am now retired, I have had no reason to use Teams until requested to do so today by my bank. When I first signed-up with Teams (a long time ago) I had a Gmail account. However, last year I closed this Google account and, after purchasing Microsoft 365, I opened an Outlook email address. When I tried to open Teams it sent a code to my defunct gmail address -- one I can no longer access – so I could not login into Teams. I have just spent two hours with their chat bots and phoning telephone numbers that do not work. As I am not well I found this exhausting – and am now extremely anxious as my bank -- quite urgently -- needs to talk to me over Team. Then a pop-up came onto my screen from someone claiming to be a Microsoft Technician who said he would fix my problem for one pound – this is a first for me – when did Microsoft become so averous? Worse still he asked me to sign-up for 36 pounds a month for any future queries I might have. This is all absurd and diabolical – and I certainly do not give my bank details to a stranger. I am now at a loss as what to do. How did Microsoft make the simple act of updating an email address become so complex that one needs a PhD to do it

GBThe worst company in the entire world I… The worst company in the entire world I have months of charges to my card from an account I don’t even know and they say I can’t even get my money back. Hope they feel better robbing citizens, will never ever purchase another Microsoft product again.

So d#mn frustrated, not to mention NOT being able to speak with anyone about anything!! Absolutely The Worse Automated System Ever Know!! beyond Pee'd
