terrible.. terrible... Did not even get a person from the microsoft team, and he just asked two questions and sent me a link to some drivers, then when I wanted to ask what was nest the thread was gone

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS - IF YOU CAN AVOID BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS , AVOID BUYING THEM. I HAVE SPENT 6 HOURS ON THE PHONE TODAY , ONLINE ETC.... TRYING TO USE EVER AVENUE OF THEIR TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO DOWNLOAD MS TEAMS . AFTER SIX HOURS , IVE JUST GIVEN UP. JUST DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS

No response, no chat, nothing I made the cardinal sin of trying to sign up to the Skype account from the ACTUAL MS 365 ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT PAGE. The result? I am locked out of my account for one day (and counting) lost all access to my documents on OneDrive, when I desperately need to access some legal documents I have there. No support, no chat, NOTHING. STAY AWAY. FAR, FAR AWAY!!!!!

There really is no customer support There really is no customer support. The phone number takes you on a ride of around we go, with no solution and then hangs up on you. How is such a large business allowed to operate like this?
