Unreliable Unreliable. We pay a lot of money to Verizon. I am tired of access to networks being withdrawn. The latest is the CW Network, no linger available after the season started. No access to News Nation. Lost connectivity on my computer. Cox never let me down. Direct TV had my channels. I never lost wifi on COX. FIOS was supposed to be the up and coming service to have, but has been a huge disappointment.

Verizon support is unreliable at best Verizon support is unreliable at best. After a long wait on hold your chances of getting knowledgeable and competent support is 50/50. It seems that many of them are poorly trained and are just reading from a script or flow chart. They are incapable of resolving anything of nuance or complexity. When you realize the support agent you are speaking to is an automaton further engagement is futile so immediately ask to speak to another agent. The second tier of support can usually resolve most issues.

Must say I am not happy with the new gigabit service… Must say I am not happy with the new gigabit router! Does not have the extended range promised and your support staff is horrible, they blame each other and just pass the buck. Then to call into the call center means an hour on hold only to speak to a rude supervisor named Arthur. I would discourage anyone to get into a contract with Verizon, they will promise you good service then deliver nothing.

My Fios TV My Fios TV service is regularly interrupted by pixelation and freezing. It also goes dead at random times and then reboots itself. I have had 4 technician visits and several phone sessions. The first technician came inside and didn't find anything wrong. A second changed the positioning of some wiring. A third replaced the box outside. The fourth replaced the splitter. We still have problems.

Worst customer service and a dishonest… Worst customer service and a dishonest company that steals money without providing service. Installation scheduled over a month ago. Guy didn't show up OR contact me to let me know no one was coming. Now the next day they suspended installations because of the virus, but that wasn't the policy on my scheduled dats. Now they're still charging me the bundle price when they are only providing internet and I've talked to 12 people so far. Different story every time and I've caught 4 people in lies. Total scam.
