Avoid this company Avoid this company. I have used them for a year and kept my clinical casenotes on for loads of clients. Now I want to migrate my data and leave but there is no way to do this. Their advice is for me to print off each individual client contact (separately, as in 1 page for every weekly contact, for every client), then scan and save them myself. I am probably breaking all kinds of rules of data storing and dating. I have to date and sign my notes to keep to casenotes standards. Shocking. They need closing down.

Absolutely horrendous customer service Absolutely horrendous customer service. I am an admin for 2 Business Plus with Governance accounts, 1 Personal Pro account and 1 paid Personal account (i.e. 4 paying accounts) and support says they cannot do a 5 min customer service call. If someone has 4 paying accounts with you, you do the right thing and pick up the phone, spend 5 mins with them and resolve the issue. Alternatively, 45 mins spread over multiple emails over multiple days for the same issue is in NO WAY efficient use of customer or company time.

Refund Box on case review has issued a full refund for which we are extremely grateful. Buyer beware. The product is not suitable for smaller companies as no single user subscription is available. When signing up it is advertised as a monthly payment but before you know it you have paid for the full year in advance which in our case was €468

Absolute scammers Absolute scammers, used their system once in 12 months. Then without any prior notification they take $990 from my credit card. I contact them within 3 days of this and they advise they can’t refund or cancel a subscription midterm, although it’s only been 3 days since the renewal. Absolute wa-kers

Subscription issue resolved swiftly and professionally We have been Box.com customers for many years. The experience has always been first class. Unfortunately we missed an email reminding us of our annual renewal and didn't cancel some seats before renewal date. We notified Box after the annual charge had been taken and our issue was dealt with by Ronmary Saniel. The service we received from Ronmary was excellent, they were professional and courteous. They swiftly raised the matter with the subscriptions team and our issue was resolved. We remain very pleased with the whole Box.com experience.
