GBBOX IS A SCAM Went for "free trial" on April 3, 2024. When the Box app failed to open a file, I immediately canceled. Less than 14 days later, Box took $540.00 out of my banking account. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD INFO. BOX will screw you, you can't call anyone at Box by phone and speak to a real person.

GBTruly the worst customer service I have… Truly the worst customer service I have ever come across. After scheduling a zoom with Mowmita a customer service person at Box, not only did this person fail to show up to the zoom, not give any notice whatsoever of not being able to make it - when this person finally resurfaced and got in touch, the excuse given was a joke. Claiming a very bad cold they said they had to decline the zoom - declining means notifying someone and this person did not even bother to do that. Then when I responded and said sorry to hear that but it would have been nice to have been told rather than sit on a zoom waiting - this person never even responded, didn't try to re-arrange, and now 6 days later I have heard nothing. This level of emotional and professional immaturity is shocking. time to find another company as clearly Box does not care at all about their customers. just look at all the negative ratings they get and they still cannot show up in a simple and courteous manner with customers. Pathetic, disrespectful and unprofessional.

GBCustomer Failure At renewal, we sought to reduce the number of users by 3. We got the run around on how to do that. As a result we provided notice of the reduction 29 days before renewal. The "Customer Success" agent refused to accommodate, even though the 30 day notice would have required notice on New Year's Day. Well, we just provided 330 day notice of termination. No way to treat a longstanding customer. Run away. There are many other options.

DEWe feel scammed Had contact with support before subscribing to enterprise-plan. Was guaranteed that data migration would be no problem. After subscribing one week in the (rather slow) migration process box.com writes an email and threatens to block the account because of breaking Fair-Use-Policy. We feel scammed and cancelled immediately our account. Cannot recommend for business at all.

GBAvoid this company Avoid this company. I have used them for a year and kept my clinical casenotes on for loads of clients. Now I want to migrate my data and leave but there is no way to do this. Their advice is for me to print off each individual client contact (separately, as in 1 page for every weekly contact, for every client), then scan and save them myself. I am probably breaking all kinds of rules of data storing and dating. I have to date and sign my notes to keep to casenotes standards. Shocking. They need closing down.
