USTERRIBLE TERRIBLE! They changed my password FOR ME and then refuse to send me the email necessary to get back into MY OWN ACCOUNT. I've filed tickets with their "customer service" and they too go unanswered. Thank God I didn't store any valuable data with these inept thieves.

USAbsolutely horrendous customer service Absolutely horrendous customer service. I am an admin for 2 Business Plus with Governance accounts, 1 Personal Pro account and 1 paid Personal account (i.e. 4 paying accounts) and support says they cannot do a 5 min customer service call. If someone has 4 paying accounts with you, you do the right thing and pick up the phone, spend 5 mins with them and resolve the issue. Alternatively, 45 mins spread over multiple emails over multiple days for the same issue is in NO WAY efficient use of customer or company time.

USBig mistake..We have used them for many years We have used them for years. They sent their own compliance officer after our firm for a FINRA problem. Which would be very serious if it applied to our firm. Our business has nothing to do with that industry of stocks bond etc. We are just a small family independent Health Insurance agency that does not and has never had to deal with that particular federal guideline. Sadly will will have to deal with their poor management situation. Close our account and go to another cloud service. What a hassle! Buyer beware...

GBAnother completely terrible experience… Another completely terrible experience with Box is unfolding today. We are a 15 user customer and are locked out. Sales team do not give a monkey's, billing and support team do not take phone calls from PAYING customers. I am surprised that these guys are still in business - their systems are setup with the sole purpose of annoying their customer base

IERefund Box on case review has issued a full refund for which we are extremely grateful. Buyer beware. The product is not suitable for smaller companies as no single user subscription is available. When signing up it is advertised as a monthly payment but before you know it you have paid for the full year in advance which in our case was €468
