Another completely terrible experience… Another completely terrible experience with Box is unfolding today. We are a 15 user customer and are locked out. Sales team do not give a monkey's, billing and support team do not take phone calls from PAYING customers. I am surprised that these guys are still in business - their systems are setup with the sole purpose of annoying their customer base

Absolute scammers Absolute scammers, used their system once in 12 months. Then without any prior notification they take $990 from my credit card. I contact them within 3 days of this and they advise they can’t refund or cancel a subscription midterm, although it’s only been 3 days since the renewal. Absolute wa-kers

So painful we gave up Box.com website is incapable of processing UK bank cards. We have spent so many hours trying to get two trials completed and converted. The support take a long time to respond (only by email). In the end we had to abandon two projects and use another Cloud file provider.

3 users mandatory I used Box.com for over two years… until recently. It’s a scam if you want more stargaze than the free, 10mb. When o went to price membership it stated an acceptable amount but when I went to checkout it stated over $21 a month for 3 users ? Um, I’m one user… no option for that. Zero. Their excuse is that they only allow 3 no less. Um ok, back to Dropbox because this company scams you into buying a plan that has a mandatory 3 user cost. Sorry that’s unethical and it makes zero sense for all self employed and freelance people out there. Who comes up with these ridiculous business practices? Seriously don’t waste your money.

Terribly unintuitive interface Terribly unintuitive interface, causing constant delays every single time you need to share files. Default permissions always point to 'people from my company only' without any option to change the default settings. Unsurprisingly the 'feedback' link goes to a complicated webpage with help topics (and no option to leave feedback without login in). This confirms the company is not looking to receive feedback or to improve the app. It is unbelievable that we still cant figure out a simple web based file exchange system. FTP was great
