QATerrible support and experience Terrible support, they didn't resolve my problems, the flow doesn't work and keeps giving a 500 error, and my sms to email stopped working and couldn't receive OTP codes anymore, I asked them to resolve it and they giving me some excuse that OTP codes don't work anymore. I asked to close my account since I have no further use for their useless service. They don't even refund your money from the account balance, although I didn't use any of it from a recent topup. The customer support agent was more in a hurry to check the ticket as closed.

GBThere are other websites that do this better BIRD has shown poor responses to my service issues. They are still charging us for something I have requested be cancelled, despite numerous attempts to contact them they fail to respond appropriately. The service is not what I thought it was, its not very good either. I wanted a virtual number to start using WhatApp business, it doesn't do this unless you want to log in to their API portal to send each message. This is not how I want to use Whatsapp Business.

GBAvoid this company Avoid this company. We have used this company and the messages were not being delivered as expected. I requested to have my outstanding credit refunded and then to close my account as I have found a better company. I then had an e-mail saying that the finance company have refused the refund and that my account has been closed at my request when the request was to close it after the refund and not just take my money. The company are hard to talk to and have removed my correspondence off their website. Do like me and make sure you get screen shots of all conversaion. We found this service NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. The company sent me a link to the terms and conditions that ended up being a faulty link.

NLFrom good experiences to really bad in a few months Have had some good experiences in the past, but since 2020 the performance of customer support and stability of the platform is bad. Really bad. It seems that they are using their own system for customer support, but it feels like that the support tickets end up in a black hole. Please be aware. We use whatsapp and sms. The Whatsapp especially is not working. With sms we did not have issues (yet)

GBBilled for a trial, when it didn't even work Signed up for the WhatsApp trial, after a few weeks and being approved by WhatsApp we were unable to activate the service due to "Oops Something Went Wrong" error. Support is unresponsive. Replied to the sales rep that was involved with setting it up, no response. Logged 2 support tickets, no response. Then, at the same we got an invoice for $600 for the TRIAL service, before we could even send a single message!! BEWARE!
