Worst onboarding experience ever Onboarding experience is the. worst! Wanting to try out their product, even in sandbox would be fine but am "under review". Back and forth over what info they're looking for takes days, incessant illogical need for a company website, inflexible in conversations. I think they don't even want to sell their product?

There are other websites that do this better BIRD has shown poor responses to my service issues. They are still charging us for something I have requested be cancelled, despite numerous attempts to contact them they fail to respond appropriately. The service is not what I thought it was, its not very good either. I wanted a virtual number to start using WhatApp business, it doesn't do this unless you want to log in to their API portal to send each message. This is not how I want to use Whatsapp Business.

SMS .Net SDK not working at all Try to send SMS by program, used their demo code with their .Net SDK, cannot compile, got error CS0236. Their support can't read the issue, gave reply help nothing. Even the basic instruction on their website is wrong, like this one, "The following command will install MessageBird: install via NuGet"

I receive hundreds of SPAM emails from… I receive hundreds of SPAM emails from this company every week and they don't have any customer service. Awful proflific spammer.

Account suspended overnight. No refunds, No response. They have deactivated our verified account overnight and without any prior warnings. After raising a support ticket we were told that our account is suspended as THEY BELEIVE we are a Russian service!? and so they shut us down without any refunds and with funds frozen. They simply stole our money...This could happen to anyone working with them.
