GBNo Food Delivered and No Refund Offered This is the last time I use Just Eat. Yet another meal not delivered and refused a refund. Not the first time, the customer service experience has been unsatisfactory. A learning experience and I'll deal directly with restaurants in my local area moving forward. Did somebody say "Just CH-Eat"?

GBTerrible company Terrible company, they obviously work as a middle man for the take away but are impossible to contact when things go wrong. They take the money but take no responsibility and just palm you off to either the take away (who may not answer the phone) or the food standards agency!

GBAbsolutely impossible to contact meaningfully when something’s wrong. Absolutely impossible to contact meaningfully when something’s wrong. Had a £15.15 order arrive very late, cold and inedible. Their app would only offer £6.34 credit, so not acceptable. Went to the restaurant, told to take it up with Just Eat, and was given a phone number which turned out to be automated and wouldn’t recognise the order number. Tried googling for another phone number, but that refers all user queries back to their useless app. Only remaining option is to try a chargeback through the banking system. Also, WRITE TO THE DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY, Clare Pointon, Fleet Place House, 2 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RF, as listed on Companies House - hopefully if the big bosses get enough complaints directly they’ll do something to fix the app.

GBTerrible Refund Policy I ordered from a restaurant which delivered my food over 45 minutes late and it was freezing cold. I spent £20 on the order and they offered me less than £7.00 credit for food which was binned. To make matters worse, they would not refund me the money to my card but applied it as an account credit. When I said I wanted to close the account as I had lost faith in the brand, they told me to spend my credit first and then close the account. Can't get much with £7.00 so will need to spend more money elsewhere on replacement food. Terrible Service. I cannot discourage anyone enough to use an alternative service. I appreciate they cannot control the restaurant, but for customers who are not compulsive complainers, they should do better with their resolutions and refund policy.

GBAWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Absolutely awful, the restaurant I ordered from completely changed my order (both food and drink) when I contacted JUSTEAT customer services I was refunded £2 but in credits not onto the card I paid with. Complete waste of time & money! Worst third party food service I’ve ever used!
