Overall happy, could be better in some aspects I am overall happy as I do receive my food on time and it is decent enough to eat however again, the prices for this are so high regarding delivery and service charges, the prices are extortionate as it is but they keep adding their own taxes on to make it a massive total. Please make some more discount codes or offers (that actually help us make a saving) available to help the public we are all struggling out here.

Beware I ordered food but unfortunately I get wrong order. I tried contact with customer service but I couldn't get any help. Just Eat refuse pay refund for food which nobody like and never ordered. No customer service to contact with They absolutely don't care the most important is that they took some money from fulish customer. That's sad. NOT RECOMMEND BE AWARE

The worst food delivery company in the UK Just eat is so crap! They do have better delivery fee in comparison to other companies but if you have any problem with your order, they will not do anything to help you. I placed an order 253081248 at McDonalds Wimbledon and McCrispy wasn’t delivered. When I chatted with their customer service, they said “sorry but we cannot refund because it’s our policy”. What a crap of policy is that? Why should I pay for an item that hasn’t been delivered? This is ridiculous! I will never order with Just Eat again. It’s better to pay slightly more with Deliveroo or Uber Eats and not have this unbelievable disservice!

Refuse to solve complaint due to unspecified "policies" I received wrong food item in my order and immediately took a clear photo of the wrong item upon receiving it. Sent in the photo the same day as instructed by Just Eat, HOWEVER Just Eat didn't want to refund me. They claim my complaint does not meet their policies, but when asked what the policy is that my complaint doesn't meet they say "we cannot tell you that as part of our policies". Emailed back and forth with 5 people in customer service who all refused to help. I've also issued a complaint with the ICO because Just Eat don't follow the European data protection regulations (GDPR) in refusing to delete my account and data upon request.

Absolutely impossible to contact meaningfully when something’s wrong. Absolutely impossible to contact meaningfully when something’s wrong. Had a £15.15 order arrive very late, cold and inedible. Their app would only offer £6.34 credit, so not acceptable. Went to the restaurant, told to take it up with Just Eat, and was given a phone number which turned out to be automated and wouldn’t recognise the order number. Tried googling for another phone number, but that refers all user queries back to their useless app. Only remaining option is to try a chargeback through the banking system. Also, WRITE TO THE DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY, Clare Pointon, Fleet Place House, 2 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RF, as listed on Companies House - hopefully if the big bosses get enough complaints directly they’ll do something to fix the app.
