GBRefuse to solve complaint due to unspecified "policies" I received wrong food item in my order and immediately took a clear photo of the wrong item upon receiving it. Sent in the photo the same day as instructed by Just Eat, HOWEVER Just Eat didn't want to refund me. They claim my complaint does not meet their policies, but when asked what the policy is that my complaint doesn't meet they say "we cannot tell you that as part of our policies". Emailed back and forth with 5 people in customer service who all refused to help. I've also issued a complaint with the ICO because Just Eat don't follow the European data protection regulations (GDPR) in refusing to delete my account and data upon request.

GBNo refund DO NOT USE! Refuse to refund when only a quarter of the order was delivered. In what universe is this even remotely acceptable?!! The fact that, if they do refund, they credit your Just Eat account and not your debit card, is bad enough but this is the first time they've refused to refund what is in effect my stolen money/goods. Absolutely appalling.

GBOverall happy, could be better in some aspects I am overall happy as I do receive my food on time and it is decent enough to eat however again, the prices for this are so high regarding delivery and service charges, the prices are extortionate as it is but they keep adding their own taxes on to make it a massive total. Please make some more discount codes or offers (that actually help us make a saving) available to help the public we are all struggling out here.

GBJust eat and KFC Merthyr- VILE Ordered a KFC from the Merthyr Tydfil store and they sent us the complete wrong order. Burgers were wrong and items were missing and there were probably 3 chips between the two tower boxes. When I’d phoned the store to try and get a new order re delivered they’d said “contact just eat it’s nothing to do with us”. I contacted just eat and requested a refund because it was unacceptable and cost me £35! They said they couldn’t do anything unless I provide photographic evidence? Absolutely disgusting. The store admitted fault but then passed the buck to just eat and they could care less. Both companies are disgusting.

GBTerrible company Terrible company, they obviously work as a middle man for the take away but are impossible to contact when things go wrong. They take the money but take no responsibility and just palm you off to either the take away (who may not answer the phone) or the food standards agency!
