GBJust eat and KFC Merthyr- VILE Ordered a KFC from the Merthyr Tydfil store and they sent us the complete wrong order. Burgers were wrong and items were missing and there were probably 3 chips between the two tower boxes. When I’d phoned the store to try and get a new order re delivered they’d said “contact just eat it’s nothing to do with us”. I contacted just eat and requested a refund because it was unacceptable and cost me £35! They said they couldn’t do anything unless I provide photographic evidence? Absolutely disgusting. The store admitted fault but then passed the buck to just eat and they could care less. Both companies are disgusting.

GBTerrible Service Ordered a collection for a nearby restaurant. One dish was great and the other was inedible. There was virtually no meat and the sauce was disgusting. Complained to customer service who said that it isn't their problem and that I should have checked the food when collected to make sure there was enough meat. Contacted the restuarant who said they can't do anything as Just Eat would need to process the refund. Just Eat says it was collection so you are on your own. If ordering collection that I recommend just going straight to restuarant. If ordering delivery use another company. Just Eat is useless.

GBTerrible company Terrible company, they obviously work as a middle man for the take away but are impossible to contact when things go wrong. They take the money but take no responsibility and just palm you off to either the take away (who may not answer the phone) or the food standards agency!

GBAbsolutely impossible to contact meaningfully when something’s wrong. Absolutely impossible to contact meaningfully when something’s wrong. Had a £15.15 order arrive very late, cold and inedible. Their app would only offer £6.34 credit, so not acceptable. Went to the restaurant, told to take it up with Just Eat, and was given a phone number which turned out to be automated and wouldn’t recognise the order number. Tried googling for another phone number, but that refers all user queries back to their useless app. Only remaining option is to try a chargeback through the banking system. Also, WRITE TO THE DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY, Clare Pointon, Fleet Place House, 2 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RF, as listed on Companies House - hopefully if the big bosses get enough complaints directly they’ll do something to fix the app.

GBNever received my order and Just Eat refused me a refund... Never received my order and Just Eat are refusing to refund me saying it is my fault. I would love to know how they work that one out. I stated to them how by law if you do not receive the goods you have purchased or the service you have purchased then you are entitled to a refund. The chat advisor's response was our decision is final and I am closing the chat now. Before I could even respond to say what rude customer service this was and how they were in breach of consumer rights, the advisor named Laura closed the chat. I am closing my Just Eat account as this is the second time something like this has happened and they've refused to refund me. I even tried the restaurant but they said there is nothing they can do because it's on Just Eat to handle.
