GBTerrible company Terrible company, they obviously work as a middle man for the take away but are impossible to contact when things go wrong. They take the money but take no responsibility and just palm you off to either the take away (who may not answer the phone) or the food standards agency!

GBAbsolutely impossible to contact meaningfully when something’s wrong. Absolutely impossible to contact meaningfully when something’s wrong. Had a £15.15 order arrive very late, cold and inedible. Their app would only offer £6.34 credit, so not acceptable. Went to the restaurant, told to take it up with Just Eat, and was given a phone number which turned out to be automated and wouldn’t recognise the order number. Tried googling for another phone number, but that refers all user queries back to their useless app. Only remaining option is to try a chargeback through the banking system. Also, WRITE TO THE DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY, Clare Pointon, Fleet Place House, 2 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RF, as listed on Companies House - hopefully if the big bosses get enough complaints directly they’ll do something to fix the app.

GBI would like to warn everyone about using Just Eat I would like to warn everyone about trying to cancel an order with Just Eat. I cancelled an order because it was not going to be delivered but had to be collected. I did this in seconds of making the order. I contacted Just Eat and they tell me that I agreed to not getting a nearly £40 refund. I have contacted the restaurant, and they are not getting the money, so Just Eat are keeping nearly £40 for doing nothing. They tell me that they can do nothing but this is silly - they can, of course, give me a refund. I have raised this with American Express as a dispute. I will not use Just Eat again, and will tell all my friends not to. I am going to put this message on lots of social media, including Trust Pilot - it is bad business practice.

GBThe worst food delivery company in the UK Just eat is so crap! They do have better delivery fee in comparison to other companies but if you have any problem with your order, they will not do anything to help you. I placed an order 253081248 at McDonalds Wimbledon and McCrispy wasn’t delivered. When I chatted with their customer service, they said “sorry but we cannot refund because it’s our policy”. What a crap of policy is that? Why should I pay for an item that hasn’t been delivered? This is ridiculous! I will never order with Just Eat again. It’s better to pay slightly more with Deliveroo or Uber Eats and not have this unbelievable disservice!

GBBeware I ordered food but unfortunately I get wrong order. I tried contact with customer service but I couldn't get any help. Just Eat refuse pay refund for food which nobody like and never ordered. No customer service to contact with They absolutely don't care the most important is that they took some money from fulish customer. That's sad. NOT RECOMMEND BE AWARE
