Overall happy, could be better in some aspects I am overall happy as I do receive my food on time and it is decent enough to eat however again, the prices for this are so high regarding delivery and service charges, the prices are extortionate as it is but they keep adding their own taxes on to make it a massive total. Please make some more discount codes or offers (that actually help us make a saving) available to help the public we are all struggling out here.

No Food Delivered and No Refund Offered This is the last time I use Just Eat. Yet another meal not delivered and refused a refund. Not the first time, the customer service experience has been unsatisfactory. A learning experience and I'll deal directly with restaurants in my local area moving forward. Did somebody say "Just CH-Eat"?

Food was inedible, restaurant said they would refund but I’d have to request the refund through just eat as I ordered through them, just eat say they don’t refund despite app having a request a refund facility and saying crap like “we’ll sort it” well they won’t!

I would like to warn everyone about using Just Eat I would like to warn everyone about trying to cancel an order with Just Eat. I cancelled an order because it was not going to be delivered but had to be collected. I did this in seconds of making the order. I contacted Just Eat and they tell me that I agreed to not getting a nearly £40 refund. I have contacted the restaurant, and they are not getting the money, so Just Eat are keeping nearly £40 for doing nothing. They tell me that they can do nothing but this is silly - they can, of course, give me a refund. I have raised this with American Express as a dispute. I will not use Just Eat again, and will tell all my friends not to. I am going to put this message on lots of social media, including Trust Pilot - it is bad business practice.

No refund DO NOT USE! Refuse to refund when only a quarter of the order was delivered. In what universe is this even remotely acceptable?!! The fact that, if they do refund, they credit your Just Eat account and not your debit card, is bad enough but this is the first time they've refused to refund what is in effect my stolen money/goods. Absolutely appalling.
