Never received my order and Just Eat refused me a refund... Never received my order and Just Eat are refusing to refund me saying it is my fault. I would love to know how they work that one out. I stated to them how by law if you do not receive the goods you have purchased or the service you have purchased then you are entitled to a refund. The chat advisor's response was our decision is final and I am closing the chat now. Before I could even respond to say what rude customer service this was and how they were in breach of consumer rights, the advisor named Laura closed the chat. I am closing my Just Eat account as this is the second time something like this has happened and they've refused to refund me. I even tried the restaurant but they said there is nothing they can do because it's on Just Eat to handle.

Just eat and KFC Merthyr- VILE Ordered a KFC from the Merthyr Tydfil store and they sent us the complete wrong order. Burgers were wrong and items were missing and there were probably 3 chips between the two tower boxes. When I’d phoned the store to try and get a new order re delivered they’d said “contact just eat it’s nothing to do with us”. I contacted just eat and requested a refund because it was unacceptable and cost me £35! They said they couldn’t do anything unless I provide photographic evidence? Absolutely disgusting. The store admitted fault but then passed the buck to just eat and they could care less. Both companies are disgusting.

Refuse to solve complaint due to unspecified "policies" I received wrong food item in my order and immediately took a clear photo of the wrong item upon receiving it. Sent in the photo the same day as instructed by Just Eat, HOWEVER Just Eat didn't want to refund me. They claim my complaint does not meet their policies, but when asked what the policy is that my complaint doesn't meet they say "we cannot tell you that as part of our policies". Emailed back and forth with 5 people in customer service who all refused to help. I've also issued a complaint with the ICO because Just Eat don't follow the European data protection regulations (GDPR) in refusing to delete my account and data upon request.

Useless liars and thieves. This racist little company just deleted my data to save itself from appearing in court. Now it has a data breach to answer to instead. Too many uneducated Muslims.

Terrible Service Ordered a collection for a nearby restaurant. One dish was great and the other was inedible. There was virtually no meat and the sauce was disgusting. Complained to customer service who said that it isn't their problem and that I should have checked the food when collected to make sure there was enough meat. Contacted the restuarant who said they can't do anything as Just Eat would need to process the refund. Just Eat says it was collection so you are on your own. If ordering collection that I recommend just going straight to restuarant. If ordering delivery use another company. Just Eat is useless.
