Never using again Never using again. Food was inedible, restaurant said they would refund but I’d have to request the refund through just eat as I ordered through them, just eat say they don’t refund despite app having a request a refund facility and saying crap like “we’ll sort it” well they won’t!

Never received my order and Just Eat refused me a refund... Never received my order and Just Eat are refusing to refund me saying it is my fault. I would love to know how they work that one out. I stated to them how by law if you do not receive the goods you have purchased or the service you have purchased then you are entitled to a refund. The chat advisor's response was our decision is final and I am closing the chat now. Before I could even respond to say what rude customer service this was and how they were in breach of consumer rights, the advisor named Laura closed the chat. I am closing my Just Eat account as this is the second time something like this has happened and they've refused to refund me. I even tried the restaurant but they said there is nothing they can do because it's on Just Eat to handle.

No refund DO NOT USE! Refuse to refund when only a quarter of the order was delivered. In what universe is this even remotely acceptable?!! The fact that, if they do refund, they credit your Just Eat account and not your debit card, is bad enough but this is the first time they've refused to refund what is in effect my stolen money/goods. Absolutely appalling.

Terrible company Terrible company, they obviously work as a middle man for the take away but are impossible to contact when things go wrong. They take the money but take no responsibility and just palm you off to either the take away (who may not answer the phone) or the food standards agency!

Lack of humans in their customer service I found splashes of blood on the packaging to my food, but because Just Eat have basically made it impossible to talk to anyone at Just Eat, making everything automated instead, it's been a really pain in the rear to talk to someone about this. Blood borne viruses can survive outside the body for over two weeks, so I'm really concerned about finding this blood
