I'm a bit dissapointed that their website is nothing to write home about - it seems a bit out of date. The products they offer are basicly avarage in quallity and prices are quite avergae too. Unfortunately, I didn't find manye great deals there. It's not a terrible place to buy wellness products but not great either. It deserves an avarage rating in my opinion.

No sauna delivered yet I ordered and paid for my sauna on February 22,I still haven't received it. I was told it would be 2 months when I ordered it. I sent e-mail on May 6, asking for update on delivery. I received a response on May 10, saying it may be several more weeks. I haven't heard anything since. I received an e-mail on May 23 asking for a review, it said I could wait until I receive my item to submit my review. , That is what I had planned to do, but I received this e-mail today June 7 which said I will not receive any more requests for a review, so this is my review based on my experience so far.

Wouldn't buy anywhere else! Selecting a sauna is a pretty daunting task. So much information/opinions to sort out. I found that in talking to Garen we were able to find the correct sauna for me. I did really rely/trust on his information and opinion. Because USA Health and Wellness sells several makes and models you have the opportunity to get the one that meets your specific needs! Worst experience ever. I ordered a unit with Himalayan salt… I ordered a unit with Himalayan salt bricks and a heated floor, they shipped a base unit that didnt have the features I prepaid for. Total disaster, never trust what they say, they'll sell you on promises that are smoke and mirrors. Worst experience ever, and the sauna cost over 15k. Luckily, I never gave them my credit card so they couldnt charge me for the balance due prior to delivery. Buyer beware!
