Worst experience ever. I ordered a unit with Himalayan salt… I ordered a unit with Himalayan salt bricks and a heated floor, they shipped a base unit that didnt have the features I prepaid for. Total disaster, never trust what they say, they'll sell you on promises that are smoke and mirrors. Worst experience ever, and the sauna cost over 15k. Luckily, I never gave them my credit card so they couldnt charge me for the balance due prior to delivery. Buyer beware!

GREAT service and product! We really did a lot of research before buying our new sauna. In the end the best decision we made was to purchase it through Tyler at USA Health and Wellness. His customer skills are great and his communication was excellent. Our sauna arrived exactly as promised and was even nicer than expected.

Sauna was misrepresented! Loved sauna when I was told it had a lifetime warranty and 100% made in America. Come to find out it was misrepresented, fine print states on heaters have a life-time warranty with a $100 deductible per incident. Furthermore, the 100% made in America was a flat out lie as the Android tablet the runs the saune is made in china!!

Great to work with! We would absolutely recommend USA Health and Wellness! Garen was great to work with! We had several questions regarding type of sauna, manufacturing, and financing; he helped us along the way with each one. He was available whenever we needed him and never felt pressured. This is a great company to deal with and their knowledge is superb! Garen was upfront and honest about what would be best for our family. He also told us that shipping could be delayed due to current logistics of shipping everywhere. We appreciate the upfront honesty and help!

I have had an avarage experience with… I have had an avarage experience with USA Health & Wellness. I was looking for some prodcts and there were quite a few options on their site. As far as pricing goes, I found it to be so and so - cheaper than some other places, but not the cheapest either. The navigatin o the site was quite intuitive which was nice. Unfortunately, the customer service person I chatted with was not the most helpul. But, overall, I can't really complain too much.
