I have had an avarage experience with… I have had an avarage experience with USA Health & Wellness. I was looking for some prodcts and there were quite a few options on their site. As far as pricing goes, I found it to be so and so - cheaper than some other places, but not the cheapest either. The navigatin o the site was quite intuitive which was nice. Unfortunately, the customer service person I chatted with was not the most helpul. But, overall, I can't really complain too much.

I'm a bit dissapointed that their website is nothing to write home about - it seems a bit out of date. The products they offer are basicly avarage in quallity and prices are quite avergae too. Unfortunately, I didn't find manye great deals there. It's not a terrible place to buy wellness products but not great either. It deserves an avarage rating in my opinion.

Great to work with! We would absolutely recommend USA Health and Wellness! Garen was great to work with! We had several questions regarding type of sauna, manufacturing, and financing; he helped us along the way with each one. He was available whenever we needed him and never felt pressured. This is a great company to deal with and their knowledge is superb! Garen was upfront and honest about what would be best for our family. He also told us that shipping could be delayed due to current logistics of shipping everywhere. We appreciate the upfront honesty and help!

Constructive: Constructive: The pop-up stream sauna feels great. Really helps in this dry and cold winter environment. Setup was a bit difficult though. Printed instructions would be helpful as well as modified corner pieces. I couldn't fit mine all together in the confined space so used some rope to keep everything together. I'd also recommend sending the remote with a battery included. Just charge a few dollars more to cover the cost.

GREAT service and product! We really did a lot of research before buying our new sauna. In the end the best decision we made was to purchase it through Tyler at USA Health and Wellness. His customer skills are great and his communication was excellent. Our sauna arrived exactly as promised and was even nicer than expected.
