Customer Service Customer Service! Everyone was super helpful… especially helping me do the research and figuring out what the best sauna would be for me. Linda was extra amazing. She held my hand through the whole process and was available through each and every step from purchase to delivery. The prices are really great. I was able to save on a brand new model and even received backrests at no cost. I highly recommend shopping here. Customer Service and high quality products all with warranties is exactly the right place I want to shop. Thank you so much for all your help! I am 100 percent satisfied with my purchase and experience.

No sauna delivered yet I ordered and paid for my sauna on February 22,I still haven't received it. I was told it would be 2 months when I ordered it. I sent e-mail on May 6, asking for update on delivery. I received a response on May 10, saying it may be several more weeks. I haven't heard anything since. I received an e-mail on May 23 asking for a review, it said I could wait until I receive my item to submit my review. , That is what I had planned to do, but I received this e-mail today June 7 which said I will not receive any more requests for a review, so this is my review based on my experience so far.

GREAT service and product! We really did a lot of research before buying our new sauna. In the end the best decision we made was to purchase it through Tyler at USA Health and Wellness. His customer skills are great and his communication was excellent. Our sauna arrived exactly as promised and was even nicer than expected.

Guidance with Passion Early stage search of the best full spectrum sauna found me @ USA Health and Wellness where I liked what I read. I picked up the phone and was drawn in further after feeling that Garen was truly passionate about guiding me through my questions and concerns. We talked nearly an hour and I never once felt his concerns were about his bottom line and more that it was all about me. Full of knowledge, expertise and experience as opposed to a typical sales clerk who knows nothing beyond the spec sheets in front of him. I am sold on Garen Manzo and Tyler Pellitier!

Waiting Communication has been polite with the sales associates which is the only reason I am giving 3 stars. I only however receive communication if I reach out first. I have yet to receive my sauna which was ordered over 3 months ago. I know this is a production issue. I am concerned that I have been charged fully for a back order item which is not a common practice in retail. I do however have ability to dispute the charges on my credit card if I don’t receive my sauna. For that j would give a second 1 star rating.
