Overall I am happy with the purchase other than the broken pieces as it does not impact the functionality of the unit.

PRSmartmakshop Sauna's Total Scam---FAKE Sauna's are a total scam. It's a fake Chinese company and they post fake reviews. All the reviews here giving positive feedback all fake reviews. I bought a $8,000 Sauna. Nothing came 45 days later. Started looking deeper in website and emailed customer service. They state they are in England but the customer service person who wrote back was Chinese. They have no phone number. Why is a Chinese guy the only customer service person for a UK company and wesbite? Whole thing a SCAM. Ironically, his last name was part of the website name. There is no way they are shipping 1500Lbs from the UK. They are not incorporated in the USA in any state. They have NO warehouses. Google smartmakshop reviews you will see a YouTube video some guy made saying it's a SCAM as well Their Scam is this: They will tell you shipping takes 60-75 days... Then it never comes--You have ONLY 60-90 days to dispute a charge on your credit card, that's the whole scam. Then you can't dispute it. They even have a fake shipping tracking, confirmation, and fake receiving confirmation. The whole dam thing is a GIANT SCAM. I CALLED MY CREDIT COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE!! NOTE: make sure the company you buy from has an address in the USA and a phone number you can call in USA

GBSuperior Customer Service and Product Support! I originally bought my portable sauna in 2022. Everything worked great and I was so pleased with having my own at-home sauna. Well I did something to damage the steam pot. I wont say what I did because when I reached out to the seller to inquire about warranty repair or replacement, they didn't ask what caused the damage. James Mak answered my inquiry with a few questions. He asked, When did I order, What was the order number, what was my shipping address? With these questions, Mr. Mack informed me that my replacement was in the mail and would arrive shortly. The replacement steam pot arrived very soon just as stated by the vendor. Smartmakshop.com exceeded my expectations with product support and customer service. The sauna has tremendously improved my quality of life and I recommend this company for its superior products but also for their customer service and product support. I am a highly satisfied customer and would choose this company first over other companies offering similar products. Thanks again SmartMakShop!

GBSimilar experience to others Similar experience to others. The sauna barrel is of reasonable quality and we got it together in less than five hours. The heater is a European model that will not work with US three wire 220/240 V wiring. James at Smartmak was originally responsive sending videos that would show how to do the wiring, but always for different compatible models, not the 400V model we got. Things went dark now for a couple weeks. Hopefully they will aceept a return and replace the heater, very frustrating.

CAScam website - Stealing photos and copy This company is a scam site. They are a company based in China and stole our own photos as well as those of literally all the sauna manufacturers you can think of. They are shameless about intellectual property rights and do not care about stealing people. They steal your photo, your website copy and uses the content to advertise a copy of the same product at half the price. Meaning that people shopping now come to see and complain they found the same product at half the price. Little do they know they are actually dealing with a scam company. If you're considering buying from them, please think twice. Avoid at all cost.
