GBThe one thing I was not happy with the… The one thing I was not happy with the packaging one of the corners of the side pieces was broken. I felt like it was to much hassle to return. Overall I am happy with the purchase other than the broken pieces as it does not impact the functionality of the unit.

GBI purchased one of their pop up saunas I purchased one of their pop up saunas, which I love, but after 6 months it wouldn't turn on anymore. I sent them an email, and within the hour they responded asking what my issue was, and didn't hesitate to offer to fix it. They mailed me a brand new computer board and "how to" video set up the same day! I use my sauna everyday for health and relaxation purposes. I've had 3 other Saunas and this one is by far one of the best. It heats up quickly, stays at about 132-136. It is comfortable and convenient. Thank you for making it right, and so quickly!

GBSimilar experience to others Similar experience to others. The sauna barrel is of reasonable quality and we got it together in less than five hours. The heater is a European model that will not work with US three wire 220/240 V wiring. James at Smartmak was originally responsive sending videos that would show how to do the wiring, but always for different compatible models, not the 400V model we got. Things went dark now for a couple weeks. Hopefully they will aceept a return and replace the heater, very frustrating.

GBSmartmak electrical controllers are not… Smartmak electrical controllers are not built or rated for the US. We have had three electricians come out and none of them will install this equipment. We have raised this issue to Smartmak and all they will do is refund us $300. This has been a disaster.
