GBThe only complaint that I have with… The only complaint that I have with NYhairmall is communication. I am aware that my purchase came from another warehouse but after waiting for 2 weeks, their should have been a reasonable time to wait for my purchase and explained why? it was delaying.

GBNo wigs I have shop with y'all before and I received my order in a timely fashion but this order I still haven't received and it's been more than a week and I paid for Priority Mail. Y'all refund my money for express shipping but the point is I needed my wigs for a certain date and I still waiting

GBOne out of two items in my order ended… One out of two items in my order ended up being on backorder which made the entire order late. I called and spoke with a rep to inquire about my options, I was advised that the item that was ready could be sent but it wouldn't be in the time frame that I had hoped. I was hoping for some form of sincere apology for the inconvenience bu upgrading my shipping to the next expedited shipping method, that was a complete bust they asked me to pay more money in order to do so. I recieved the hair and it's not at all what I expected. I am in complete agony over this install with this trash hair. I emailed customer service to refund me for the backorder hair.

GBI've had an oridnary experience with… I've had an oridnary experience with Nyhairmall. The overall quality of their product isn't the best, but it's decent. Their prices are mid-range, so I think that you can mediocore quality for the money you're paying. The product selection isn't exactly impressive, but they do offer what you need. Customer service isn't the most helpful but they do reply in time. In general, it's an okay brand to shop from but you can certianly find better ones.

CACame super fast Came super fast. I wasn’t aware of the customs charges I assumed that was included in price. So just beware ordering from Canada you will have a custom charge on top of the shipping.
