I've had an oridnary experience with… I've had an oridnary experience with Nyhairmall. The overall quality of their product isn't the best, but it's decent. Their prices are mid-range, so I think that you can mediocore quality for the money you're paying. The product selection isn't exactly impressive, but they do offer what you need. Customer service isn't the most helpful but they do reply in time. In general, it's an okay brand to shop from but you can certianly find better ones.

My experience with nyhairmall.com was… My experience with nyhairmall.com was almost god. They have good products and prices. Its very easy to navitage through, nothing special but its very helpfull. Purchasing & delivery is super smooth. Also customer support is great. The staff is quite friendly and they try their best to help me in evrything. I have no compliants about nyhairmall.com, i recommened it to evryone who intrested in shoping for hair!

I only gave one star because I can't I… I only gave one star because I can't I needed to in order to write my review. I ordered an item in August, we are in November and I still haven't received my order. Sent several emails with only one response. Their phone number on the website doesn't work. I just want my money back.

I placed an order on July 30th and… I placed an order on July 30th and today is August 10th!! I have NOT received any updates on my order, can’t get through on the phone and no one has emailed me back and I’ve sent at least 6. At this point I want my money back this is ridiculous!!

Hyggepoint just posted a review under my name saying how I said this is a totally legitimate site??! Omg! You know what I just saw after I posted my review?! It said that I said totally legitimate site, after I posted my review! After I clicked on my profile! So I advise you to click on your profile name from your review..they had me saying positive things abs how I gave them 5 stars?! Freaking scammers?! I noticed they have someone cleaning up their reviews.. but you’ll notice only when you click on your profile from your review.
