GBI was sent the wrong hair color I was sent the wrong hair color. I ordered burgundy wine (website said they had 1 left) and was sent the color 1. Immediately after ordering I went back to the website and it still said they had 1 left in that color. After receiving the wrong color item, I tried to call twice during their business hours and got their automated voice system.

GBPleased with the product and customer service Product came right on time even though it was shipped late due to the availability but the quality of the product was great also and looked just like what the website offered. This was a gift for my mother and she was pleased. Also customer service was great I reached out to the company to inquire about the shipping of the product and they replied and explained that there was a small delay and ensured that we will get the product in time.

GBNo wigs I have shop with y'all before and I received my order in a timely fashion but this order I still haven't received and it's been more than a week and I paid for Priority Mail. Y'all refund my money for express shipping but the point is I needed my wigs for a certain date and I still waiting

GBInwas wondering why my order was taking… Inwas wondering why my order was taking so long and I recieved a response saying my.order was out of stock but I was offered longer inches for no additional cost! This is how customer service is supposed to be done. I will order again.
