Fantastic Customer Service! I placed an order and quickly realized I needed to place a larger order. I didn't want to place another order and have to pay the shipping on two separate orders. I called the number online to ask if my order could be cancelled and refunded so that I can place the new order. First, I was surprised and happy that someone actually answered the phone. Not only that, but the person was also friendly. She spoke with her manager who agreed to cancel and refund my original order so that I can place my new order. I am big on customer service, which a lot of these online hair stores lack. To actually speak to a professional friendly employee, who worked with me to make my shopping experience pleasant, is enough to keep me as a customer. I'll definitely keep ordering from NYHairMall.

The only complaint that I have with… The only complaint that I have with NYhairmall is communication. I am aware that my purchase came from another warehouse but after waiting for 2 weeks, their should have been a reasonable time to wait for my purchase and explained why? it was delaying.

Pleased with the product and customer service Product came right on time even though it was shipped late due to the availability but the quality of the product was great also and looked just like what the website offered. This was a gift for my mother and she was pleased. Also customer service was great I reached out to the company to inquire about the shipping of the product and they replied and explained that there was a small delay and ensured that we will get the product in time.
