Its very easy to navitage through, nothing special but its very helpfull. Purchasing & delivery is super smooth. Also customer support is great. Color, length and style as depicted on the website are accurate. Timely delivery. The delivery person knocked on my front door and left it there. Would definitely order again to replace my old blonde wig. EXCELLENT SERVICE. PREMIUM PRODUCT. GREAT PRICE.

GBFantastic Customer Service! I placed an order and quickly realized I needed to place a larger order. I didn't want to place another order and have to pay the shipping on two separate orders. I called the number online to ask if my order could be cancelled and refunded so that I can place the new order. First, I was surprised and happy that someone actually answered the phone. Not only that, but the person was also friendly. She spoke with her manager who agreed to cancel and refund my original order so that I can place my new order. I am big on customer service, which a lot of these online hair stores lack. To actually speak to a professional friendly employee, who worked with me to make my shopping experience pleasant, is enough to keep me as a customer. I'll definitely keep ordering from NYHairMall.

GBOne out of two items in my order ended… One out of two items in my order ended up being on backorder which made the entire order late. I called and spoke with a rep to inquire about my options, I was advised that the item that was ready could be sent but it wouldn't be in the time frame that I had hoped. I was hoping for some form of sincere apology for the inconvenience bu upgrading my shipping to the next expedited shipping method, that was a complete bust they asked me to pay more money in order to do so. I recieved the hair and it's not at all what I expected. I am in complete agony over this install with this trash hair. I emailed customer service to refund me for the backorder hair.

GBI only gave one star because I can't I… I only gave one star because I can't I needed to in order to write my review. I ordered an item in August, we are in November and I still haven't received my order. Sent several emails with only one response. Their phone number on the website doesn't work. I just want my money back.
