Purchasing & delivery is super smooth. Also customer support is great. The staff is quite friendly and they try their best to help me in evrything. I have no compliants about nyhairmall.com, i recommened it to evryone who intrested in shoping for hair!

Exceptional Ordering Experiences My total satisfaction with this online hair source! One, the hair product that I needed is difficult to impossible to locate in my area, and I was thrilled to find on this site! Second, the ordering experience is simple to follow with options to pay thru Amazon. Finally, processing and shipping exceeded my expectations with each order received within two days! I would highly recommend this site to others, especially if knowledgeable concerning the desired product as shopping for hair can be tricky.

One out of two items in my order ended… One out of two items in my order ended up being on backorder which made the entire order late. I called and spoke with a rep to inquire about my options, I was advised that the item that was ready could be sent but it wouldn't be in the time frame that I had hoped. I was hoping for some form of sincere apology for the inconvenience bu upgrading my shipping to the next expedited shipping method, that was a complete bust they asked me to pay more money in order to do so. I recieved the hair and it's not at all what I expected. I am in complete agony over this install with this trash hair. I emailed customer service to refund me for the backorder hair.

Excellent Service, Product and Price I ordered this wig in pink because I own a wig with the same name in blonde. Pleased to find it’s indeed the same wig. Color, length and style as depicted on the website are accurate. Timely delivery. The delivery person knocked on my front door and left it there. Would definitely order again to replace my old blonde wig. EXCELLENT SERVICE. PREMIUM PRODUCT. GREAT PRICE.

I ordered an item in August, we are in November and I still haven't received my order. Sent several emails with only one response. Their phone number on the website doesn't work. I just want my money back.
