GBInwas wondering why my order was taking… Inwas wondering why my order was taking so long and I recieved a response saying my.order was out of stock but I was offered longer inches for no additional cost! This is how customer service is supposed to be done. I will order again.

GBI placed an order on July 30th and… I placed an order on July 30th and today is August 10th!! I have NOT received any updates on my order, can’t get through on the phone and no one has emailed me back and I’ve sent at least 6. At this point I want my money back this is ridiculous!!

GBFantastic Customer Service! I placed an order and quickly realized I needed to place a larger order. I didn't want to place another order and have to pay the shipping on two separate orders. I called the number online to ask if my order could be cancelled and refunded so that I can place the new order. First, I was surprised and happy that someone actually answered the phone. Not only that, but the person was also friendly. She spoke with her manager who agreed to cancel and refund my original order so that I can place my new order. I am big on customer service, which a lot of these online hair stores lack. To actually speak to a professional friendly employee, who worked with me to make my shopping experience pleasant, is enough to keep me as a customer. I'll definitely keep ordering from NYHairMall.

GBLove the varieties! Love the hairstyles and the different varieties this site has. The prices are reasonable and the hair lasts several months when taken care of, as the directions state.

GBNo wigs I have shop with y'all before and I received my order in a timely fashion but this order I still haven't received and it's been more than a week and I paid for Priority Mail. Y'all refund my money for express shipping but the point is I needed my wigs for a certain date and I still waiting
