GBI gave them 4 stars instead of 5 due to… I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 due to ups. I paid the extra to get it delivered by ups instead of USPS and they took longer than expected. Other than that the wig I purchased was perfect. I will order from them again but I will not pay extra for it to be delivered by UPS.

One, the hair product that I needed is difficult to impossible to locate in my area, and I was thrilled to find on this site! Second, the ordering experience is simple to follow with options to pay thru Amazon. Finally, processing and shipping exceeded my expectations with each order received within two days! I would highly recommend this site to others, especially if knowledgeable concerning the desired product as shopping for hair can be tricky.

GBI placed an order on July 30th and… I placed an order on July 30th and today is August 10th!! I have NOT received any updates on my order, can’t get through on the phone and no one has emailed me back and I’ve sent at least 6. At this point I want my money back this is ridiculous!!

GBHyggepoint just posted a review under my name saying how I said this is a totally legitimate site??! Omg! You know what I just saw after I posted my review?! It said that I said totally legitimate site, after I posted my review! After I clicked on my profile! So I advise you to click on your profile name from your review..they had me saying positive things abs how I gave them 5 stars?! Freaking scammers?! I noticed they have someone cleaning up their reviews.. but you’ll notice only when you click on your profile from your review.

CACame super fast Came super fast. I wasn’t aware of the customs charges I assumed that was included in price. So just beware ordering from Canada you will have a custom charge on top of the shipping.
