I called the number online to ask if my order could be cancelled and refunded so that I can place the new order. First, I was surprised and happy that someone actually answered the phone. Not only that, but the person was also friendly. She spoke with her manager who agreed to cancel and refund my original order so that I can place my new order. I am big on customer service, which a lot of these online hair stores lack.
