GBI placed an order on July 30th and… I placed an order on July 30th and today is August 10th!! I have NOT received any updates on my order, can’t get through on the phone and no one has emailed me back and I’ve sent at least 6. At this point I want my money back this is ridiculous!!

GBI gave them 4 stars instead of 5 due to… I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 due to ups. I paid the extra to get it delivered by ups instead of USPS and they took longer than expected. Other than that the wig I purchased was perfect. I will order from them again but I will not pay extra for it to be delivered by UPS.

GBI was sent the wrong hair color I was sent the wrong hair color. I ordered burgundy wine (website said they had 1 left) and was sent the color 1. Immediately after ordering I went back to the website and it still said they had 1 left in that color. After receiving the wrong color item, I tried to call twice during their business hours and got their automated voice system.

GBNo wigs I have shop with y'all before and I received my order in a timely fashion but this order I still haven't received and it's been more than a week and I paid for Priority Mail. Y'all refund my money for express shipping but the point is I needed my wigs for a certain date and I still waiting
