GBDo NOT recommend I would not recommend the Sanctuary Retreat from Clearlight. I purchased it in November 2023, it is now almost Feb 2024, and I still cannot use it. The floorboards are warped so badly that clients would get hurt. And the bench board is broken, both pieces were wrapped perfectly, which means that the quality control dept let this go. Customer service said the items would be replaced in 7-10 weeks. They would not do anything else for the major inconvenience.

ESNot worth the hype and way overpriced Not worth the hype and way overpriced. I purchased their sanctuary 2 indoor sauna and am very disappointed by the overall quality and especially customer service. Their saunas say made in china everywhere and you can tell they cut corners when it comes to product quality. A piece also was bent when the pallet arrived and it took them 6 weeks to send me a new part so I was left with a half built sauna for a month and a half. Also the heaters seem pretty weak and it takes me forever to sweat.

GBI purchased my Clearlight Sanctuary 1… I purchased my Clearlight Sanctuary 1 sauna a free doing some research. My rep Vicki was super helpful in providing me more information about the health benefits. Deliver was weeks SOONER than expected and I hired 3 guys to rearrange my upstairs to put the sauna in my home gym area. Assembly was a piece of cake as my rep stated and it’s working beautifully. Highly recommend Clearlight.

FII love my Clearlight Infrared sauna… I love my Clearlight Infrared sauna just simply because it gives me my own surround to enjoy the heat, meditate, and get energized. Besides really well-working infrared panels, I love all the little functions that are easy to handle, I love the colored lights, and that you so easily sync your mobile so that you can listen to your own music while sweating and getting relaxed. (The speaker is so good that my kids go to the sauna to listen to their own songs.) This is my way to spend quality time with myself and simultaneously gain health benefits (as no sore muscles or flues anymore). I love that the sauna is ready straight away when you want to go there, so it's easy to use daily – and also, the wood panels smell really good :)

GBThe customer service of this company is awful, a joke, nonexistant The customer service of this company is an absolute joke. Yeah you get a lifetime warranty but trying to get someone to service the sauna WHEN it breaks is a nightmare. I'm honestly amazed this company can stay in business with how awful its customer service is. Every time I've had an issue, it takes over a month and hours of multiple phone calls that get me nowhere. Finally I've had to tell them I'm going to file a complaint with the company in order for anything to get done.
