I LOVE the Clearlight infared cabins, the workmanship is great, the handling intuitive and honestly – since I've been using them regularly, I feel fresher, have more energy and my skin has its glow back! Prepare to be disappointed Prepare to be disappointed if you choose Clearlight. They will not be transparent about inventory availability and their focus is up-selling you to get the best commission. I was working with Steve and Allison. I got right to the point of pulling the trigger, and oh, no inventory for several months! Don’t waste your time. Radiant Health also has very low EMF and their price point is better. Also the Sunlighten Far-IR is a good choice at a better price. Sales reps from both RH and Sunlighten have been better to work with and seem sincerely wanting to help me. Cheers to your health!

not worth it. dissapointed. - they get their saunas from china so they have been facing incredible delays where my sauna took over 7 months to ship, the delivery date kept pushing because my sauna was stuck at the port from china! - one of the walls arrived damaged and it took 5 days to get ahold of their support team and then 3 weeks to get a replacement wall - when I finally got the sauna setup the heaters were definitely weaker than I expected - NOT worth the high price tag, disappointed

I love my Clearlight Infrared sauna… I love my Clearlight Infrared sauna just simply because it gives me my own surround to enjoy the heat, meditate, and get energized. Besides really well-working infrared panels, I love all the little functions that are easy to handle, I love the colored lights, and that you so easily sync your mobile so that you can listen to your own music while sweating and getting relaxed. (The speaker is so good that my kids go to the sauna to listen to their own songs.) This is my way to spend quality time with myself and simultaneously gain health benefits (as no sore muscles or flues anymore). I love that the sauna is ready straight away when you want to go there, so it's easy to use daily – and also, the wood panels smell really good :)

The customer service of this company is awful, a joke, nonexistant The customer service of this company is an absolute joke. Yeah you get a lifetime warranty but trying to get someone to service the sauna WHEN it breaks is a nightmare. I'm honestly amazed this company can stay in business with how awful its customer service is. Every time I've had an issue, it takes over a month and hours of multiple phone calls that get me nowhere. Finally I've had to tell them I'm going to file a complaint with the company in order for anything to get done.
