I purchased my Clearlight Sanctuary 1… I purchased my Clearlight Sanctuary 1 sauna a free doing some research. My rep Vicki was super helpful in providing me more information about the health benefits. Deliver was weeks SOONER than expected and I hired 3 guys to rearrange my upstairs to put the sauna in my home gym area. Assembly was a piece of cake as my rep stated and it’s working beautifully. Highly recommend Clearlight.

The customer service of this company is awful, a joke, nonexistant The customer service of this company is an absolute joke. Yeah you get a lifetime warranty but trying to get someone to service the sauna WHEN it breaks is a nightmare. I'm honestly amazed this company can stay in business with how awful its customer service is. Every time I've had an issue, it takes over a month and hours of multiple phone calls that get me nowhere. Finally I've had to tell them I'm going to file a complaint with the company in order for anything to get done.

Do NOT recommend I would not recommend the Sanctuary Retreat from Clearlight. I purchased it in November 2023, it is now almost Feb 2024, and I still cannot use it. The floorboards are warped so badly that clients would get hurt. And the bench board is broken, both pieces were wrapped perfectly, which means that the quality control dept let this go. Customer service said the items would be replaced in 7-10 weeks. They would not do anything else for the major inconvenience.

I have been using the sanctuary… I have been using the sanctuary Clearlight sauna at several spas over the past few yrs and am totally hooked! The infrared really helps my lyme disease symptoms and there is no doubt working up a good sweat helps detox the body. Its great as due to weakness i am unable to exercise so the fact that it is helping to work the heart is another bonus! Ive done extensive research into the various brands and feel v safe using Clearlight as they have low emfs and use non toxic materials. im super excited as ive finally got the space to have my own so have just ordered the essential model! Johannes has been incredibly helpful answering all my questions. Thank you Clearlight:-)))

Customer service that matches the product; top notch! We have been using the Essential 2 persons sauna for almost a year now and we love it. Out of the multiple (cheaper) choices out there, we felt Clearlight saunas offers a premium product and matching customer service. Although we bought their base model, it doesn't feel like "economy class". A small corner in the attic was just enough to have our own private spa, which you can enjoy anytime you have a bit of free time to relax. The customer service is top notch and you really sense that Clearlight is aiming to please their customers.
