GBTerrible customer service!!!! Terrible customer service!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!! They ghost you as soon as you purchase your product. I was told they would call me back within the hour to receive the exact part information to replace the control box to fix my existing curved sauna. I purchased the upgraded mat earlier that day. Instead I received a rude email stating that because my product was out of warranty they could not help me with locating the proper part and they closed my case and sent a link to a random spa 3rd party site with thousandsof parts. For the record I always stated it was out of warranty anf just wanted the ability to purchased the new proper replacement box. I immediately tried to cancel the mat order because now the original dome is garbage and I'd rather purchased a new sauna with another company. You would think customer loyalty would be valued but NOT with Clearlight! There are so many great companies who actually care about the customers.

GBDO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! The entire purchasing process and dealing with Clearlight has been a complete nightmare. We purchased the Sauna with installation in June 2023. They said shipping wouldn't be until September 2023, which we were okay with. We didn’t receive the shipping information until we followed up multiple times, and finally, the sauna was delivered in late October. We then set up the installation appointment which took another two weeks. When the installers arrived in mid-November, after opening the first package, they saw the back panel damaged, so we had to file a report and wait for a new back panel to ship and deliver. The back panel was shipped damaged. They sent you a photo of the package as it shipped, and you can see the hole in the outside of the boxes and packaging. That took another month of us following up extensively to get an answer on when/if they are going to send out a new one. The new back panel was shipped and finally delivered the week before Christmas, and we reached out to the first installers, who told us we had to return to the company to schedule the installation. Fast forward another month for the installation appointment. The second installers were finally able to put the sauna together but would not take the broken panel or the packaging from the broken panel. The broken panel is 8 feet x 5 feet so now we are stuck with this large panel sitting in our space and shipping crates. We haven’t even had a chance to use the sauna yet, so who knows what that will look like? I would be highly cautious not to buy and not expect anything expedited or any urgency from Clear Light.

IEShocking Customer Service, never again Great Sauan, disgraceful service. I own a limited company which purchased a sauna last September. Clearlight are refusing to return VAT (sales tax) valued over €1200. They have tried to make out the business is not vat registered, even though we file VAT every 2 months and provided government docs. A miserable experience, will not be dealing with them again. They are quite rude and are blaming the customer for wanting what's owed, Iam happy to provide more details to any would be future customer. My advice, find a better provider, they are all made in the same place, China. Least they won't try gaslight you

GBI purchased my Clearlight Sanctuary 1… I purchased my Clearlight Sanctuary 1 sauna a free doing some research. My rep Vicki was super helpful in providing me more information about the health benefits. Deliver was weeks SOONER than expected and I hired 3 guys to rearrange my upstairs to put the sauna in my home gym area. Assembly was a piece of cake as my rep stated and it’s working beautifully. Highly recommend Clearlight.

GBGreat sauna, useless APP Installed my Sanctuary 2 in April 2023. Installation went well although more detailed instructions would help with some questions that come up when trying to interpret images. Have been using it 4 times a week since then WITHOUT a single issue. Bought the extra heater. In my opinion this is a must!! I find the quality of the product to be worth the investment and hope to get years of regular use out of it. No problems with customer service, ordering or delivery. Biggest complaint is the inability to use the APP on my IPhone. With known issues, it’s hard to believe that the Company has not effectively been able to address the useless APP. Would love to at least be able to turn on the sauna remotely to warm it up. Would have given 5 stars otherwise. C’mon Clearlight!
