I was working with Steve and Allison. I got right to the point of pulling the trigger, and oh, no inventory for several months! Don’t waste your time. Radiant Health also has very low EMF and their price point is better. Also the Sunlighten Far-IR is a good choice at a better price. Sales reps from both RH and Sunlighten have been better to work with and seem sincerely wanting to help me. Cheers to your health!

I have been using the sanctuary… I have been using the sanctuary Clearlight sauna at several spas over the past few yrs and am totally hooked! The infrared really helps my lyme disease symptoms and there is no doubt working up a good sweat helps detox the body. Its great as due to weakness i am unable to exercise so the fact that it is helping to work the heart is another bonus! Ive done extensive research into the various brands and feel v safe using Clearlight as they have low emfs and use non toxic materials. im super excited as ive finally got the space to have my own so have just ordered the essential model! Johannes has been incredibly helpful answering all my questions. Thank you Clearlight:-)))

DO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! The entire purchasing process and dealing with Clearlight has been a complete nightmare. We purchased the Sauna with installation in June 2023. They said shipping wouldn't be until September 2023, which we were okay with. We didn’t receive the shipping information until we followed up multiple times, and finally, the sauna was delivered in late October. We then set up the installation appointment which took another two weeks. When the installers arrived in mid-November, after opening the first package, they saw the back panel damaged, so we had to file a report and wait for a new back panel to ship and deliver. The back panel was shipped damaged. They sent you a photo of the package as it shipped, and you can see the hole in the outside of the boxes and packaging. That took another month of us following up extensively to get an answer on when/if they are going to send out a new one. The new back panel was shipped and finally delivered the week before Christmas, and we reached out to the first installers, who told us we had to return to the company to schedule the installation. Fast forward another month for the installation appointment. The second installers were finally able to put the sauna together but would not take the broken panel or the packaging from the broken panel. The broken panel is 8 feet x 5 feet so now we are stuck with this large panel sitting in our space and shipping crates. We haven’t even had a chance to use the sauna yet, so who knows what that will look like? I would be highly cautious not to buy and not expect anything expedited or any urgency from Clear Light.

I love my Clearlight Infrared sauna… I love my Clearlight Infrared sauna just simply because it gives me my own surround to enjoy the heat, meditate, and get energized. Besides really well-working infrared panels, I love all the little functions that are easy to handle, I love the colored lights, and that you so easily sync your mobile so that you can listen to your own music while sweating and getting relaxed. (The speaker is so good that my kids go to the sauna to listen to their own songs.) This is my way to spend quality time with myself and simultaneously gain health benefits (as no sore muscles or flues anymore). I love that the sauna is ready straight away when you want to go there, so it's easy to use daily – and also, the wood panels smell really good :)

I LOVE the Clearlight infared cabins, the workmanship is great, the handling intuitive and honestly – since I've been using them regularly, I feel fresher, have more energy and my skin has its glow back!
