I purchased my Clearlight Sanctuary 1… I purchased my Clearlight Sanctuary 1 sauna a free doing some research. My rep Vicki was super helpful in providing me more information about the health benefits. Deliver was weeks SOONER than expected and I hired 3 guys to rearrange my upstairs to put the sauna in my home gym area. Assembly was a piece of cake as my rep stated and it’s working beautifully. Highly recommend Clearlight.

One of the features we really wanted was it to be able to be controlled by the app. The app and the connectivity function are terrible. I have been trying for a few hours to get it to work, following online instructions for troubleshooting and nothing is working. A better customer service team would have helped you get the app working before leaving. If you buy this sauna, don't let the crew leave without getting the app connected and working.

Excellent Customer Service!!! I use my Clearlight sauna 3/weekly. It helps keep me feeling healthy and relaxed. Recently I needed to order a replacement part after 5 years of use so I contacted Clearlight customer service. They went above and beyond to help me. Not only were they prompt, professional, and knowledgable they also expedited my part so I could get back to my sauna ways. :D Viviana and Stephanie are excellent at making sure you feel taken care of and also good friendly people who make the experience pleasant. The customer service of this company is awful, a joke, nonexistant The customer service of this company is an absolute joke. Yeah you get a lifetime warranty but trying to get someone to service the sauna WHEN it breaks is a nightmare. I'm honestly amazed this company can stay in business with how awful its customer service is. Every time I've had an issue, it takes over a month and hours of multiple phone calls that get me nowhere. Finally I've had to tell them I'm going to file a complaint with the company in order for anything to get done.

Fantastic company with exceptional products. After alot of research on my part over almost a year I bought a sauna from clearlight. After nearly 3 decades with a parathyroid adenoma on my heart I had been subjected to dozens of sestimibi scans, which area a radiation based. I spoke to Johannes and the team who helped answer my questions and with the lifetime guarantee on their product I was deeply reassured with my purchase.
