Excellent Customer Service!!! I use my Clearlight sauna 3/weekly. It helps keep me feeling healthy and relaxed. Recently I needed to order a replacement part after 5 years of use so I contacted Clearlight customer service. They went above and beyond to help me. Not only were they prompt, professional, and knowledgable they also expedited my part so I could get back to my sauna ways. :D Viviana and Stephanie are excellent at making sure you feel taken care of and also good friendly people who make the experience pleasant. I would not purchase again Slick marketing but not worth the price. Cost more than first quoted. Delivery took 3 x what they said - tracking number incorrect. Delivered indoor sauna in boxes out in the rain. Ridiculously heavy & required 4 people to move. Once installed sauna did not work. Parts delivered after installation. Fixed sauna but lights do not work, inside panel does not match outside control panel, humming noise coming from one corner of the sauna and no response to emails - not going to investigate and fix. Mini-skip bin of rubbish left behind with made in China stickers all over the boxes. Big price does not match the service and the product. I would buy another sauna that is moderately priced as the extra price is just marketing. I would not recommend this product.

I have been using the sanctuary… I have been using the sanctuary Clearlight sauna at several spas over the past few yrs and am totally hooked! The infrared really helps my lyme disease symptoms and there is no doubt working up a good sweat helps detox the body. Its great as due to weakness i am unable to exercise so the fact that it is helping to work the heart is another bonus! Ive done extensive research into the various brands and feel v safe using Clearlight as they have low emfs and use non toxic materials. im super excited as ive finally got the space to have my own so have just ordered the essential model! DO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! The entire purchasing process and dealing with Clearlight has been a complete nightmare. We purchased the Sauna with installation in June 2023. They said shipping wouldn't be until September 2023, which we were okay with. We didn’t receive the shipping information until we followed up multiple times, and finally, the sauna was delivered in late October. We then set up the installation appointment which took another two weeks. When the installers arrived in mid-November, after opening the first package, they saw the back panel damaged, so we had to file a report and wait for a new back panel to ship and deliver. The back panel was shipped damaged. They sent you a photo of the package as it shipped, and you can see the hole in the outside of the boxes and packaging. That took another month of us following up extensively to get an answer on when/if they are going to send out a new one. The new back panel was shipped and finally delivered the week before Christmas, and we reached out to the first installers, who told us we had to return to the company to schedule the installation. Fast forward another month for the installation appointment. The second installers were finally able to put the sauna together but would not take the broken panel or the packaging from the broken panel. The broken panel is 8 feet x 5 feet so now we are stuck with this large panel sitting in our space and shipping crates. We haven’t even had a chance to use the sauna yet, so who knows what that will look like? I would be highly cautious not to buy and not expect anything expedited or any urgency from Clear Light.

Not worth the hype and way overpriced Not worth the hype and way overpriced. I purchased their sanctuary 2 indoor sauna and am very disappointed by the overall quality and especially customer service. Their saunas say made in china everywhere and you can tell they cut corners when it comes to product quality. A piece also was bent when the pallet arrived and it took them 6 weeks to send me a new part so I was left with a half built sauna for a month and a half. Also the heaters seem pretty weak and it takes me forever to sweat.
