My ordinary experience with… My ordinary experience with marksandspencer.metafaq.com was of an average nature. Nothig noteworthy happened during my visit – it was all quite run of the mill. I noticed the site lacked any special features that might have left an impression upon me. Even so, I found the basic necessities like navigation, layout and content to be satisfactorry. Small spelling errors were present which detracted from my intercation, but overal it was bearable. A large selection of products was available, with nothing altercationgly good or bad about their offering. There was no major issues with how the site ran, and I didn't encounter any major problems.

Brilliant I cant fault Marks & Spencer, shopped there for years & always been satisfied with the quality of items i have bought, Yes they can be a bit dearer sometimes than other stores but you get what you pay for.

Made in China & the far east The policy of the company towards its customers is and still remains legendry. Their products outside the foodhalls are however mainly from China and that part of the world. Not even my pants are now made in the UK. For a flagship British company this is very dissappointing

Flowers undelivered, no help from M&S I ordered flowers to be delivered for an important family occasion. They did not turn up on the day and M&S simply provided the courier's number for me to call. I spent over an hour on the phone to the courier, mostly at a premium phone rate, but the flowers were never traced. I chose M&S because I thought I could rely on them. I could not. It was extremely upsetting that the flowers I thought I had sent were never delivered. M&S refunded me and gave me a £5 voucher but this did not begin to compensate for the distress caused.
