GBUsed to be a reliable shop...How standards have dropped! M&S used to be the doyen of the High Street. It used to be the place where you could get high quality food at an above average price....have you seen the meat lately....much of it has gone brown through poor storage even though it is well within its sell buy date! You wouldn't feed it to your dog! The standard of the packaged food continues to fall....it is becoming difficult to shop there! A last point the black uniforms and the cleanliness of some of the staff is just not on! Food should never be managed by staff in black clothing!

GBPay more, but the service is excellent Wanted a washing machine, go messed about by another supplier. M&S had one and it was delivered next day, Slightly higher prices but's it's reflected in the service.

GBMy ordinary experience with… My ordinary experience with marksandspencer.metafaq.com was of an average nature. Nothig noteworthy happened during my visit – it was all quite run of the mill. I noticed the site lacked any special features that might have left an impression upon me. Even so, I found the basic necessities like navigation, layout and content to be satisfactorry. Small spelling errors were present which detracted from my intercation, but overal it was bearable. A large selection of products was available, with nothing altercationgly good or bad about their offering. There was no major issues with how the site ran, and I didn't encounter any major problems.

GBwhat in the world has happened to this company??? In the past M&S used to be a safe, ever so slightly dull, seller of quality garments, and goods, which were still going strong even when you'd become tired of them. Now..... When they're good they're still excellent, but when they're bad.... Their quality control is all over the place, the sizing of garments erratic - sometimes they fit, sometimes they don't, one size 12 is completely different to another size 12, one long pair of trousers will be just that - long - and another - in a different style - will be nowhere near as long and flap above your husband's ankles. Will the quality be good as all M&S clothes used to be in the past, or will the material be ridiculously thin? Will the garments actually be in stock as it says on the web site, or will you receive an email the next day to say it isn't. Buying clothes online should never be a hit-or-miss affair but it has become so with M&S, so come on, M&S, get your act together!
