I noticed the site lacked any special features that might have left an impression upon me. Even so, I found the basic necessities like navigation, layout and content to be satisfactorry. Small spelling errors were present which detracted from my intercation, but overal it was bearable. A large selection of products was available, with nothing altercationgly good or bad about their offering. There was no major issues with how the site ran, and I didn't encounter any major problems.

Pay more, but the service is excellent Wanted a washing machine, go messed about by another supplier. M&S had one and it was delivered next day, Slightly higher prices but's it's reflected in the service.

Brilliant I cant fault Marks & Spencer, shopped there for years & always been satisfied with the quality of items i have bought, Yes they can be a bit dearer sometimes than other stores but you get what you pay for.
