I recently had an mediocr experience… I recently had an mediocr experience with Amerimerc. I found their website to be quite average, although fnding things was not complicated. Their information was not overly detaled but just enough to get the gist of what I was lookng for. The items I bought were of accepable quality. Payment procesing was fairly easy and the delivery time was as expected. Overall, it wasn't a very extraordinary expereince, but it wasn't bad either.

Very competitive price with excellent Customer Service I ordered a Hayward Perflex pool pump and filter system from AmeriMerc.com. The delivery is very fast just in 2 days or so. I noticed the package is not originally factory sealed and there's some blemish on the system. After contacting AmeriMerc, they are very responsive to replace with a new one quickly without any question. I believe the first delivery was an honest mistake. They do put customer satisfaction as a priority. Don't have to spend time on Amazon. AmeriMerc.com is definitely a better place to buy pool related stuff. 5 starts without reservation!

very poor---debited my account yet no info re ship date or eta---no email conf either it would have been nice to be advised--yes we received your payment and order and you can expect delivery of item --eta---kinda in la-la land--no communications at all--except from you just now re my purchase...please let them know, not a proper way to do business.....especially when there are others in marketplace selling same item...I will certainly rethink my purchase next time...still awaiting product and communication---over a week now...any idea---perhaps by christmas....and it's late june now...

I will not buy from AmeriMerc again. I expect the companies that I deal with to behave in a timely and professional manner. AmeriMerc has done neither. My correspondence lacked response in what I thought to be a reasonable amount of time. When they did respond, they didn't do as they said. I'm still waiting for my order to ship after 2and 1/2 weeks.

Wow, you mean I got what I ordered right the FIRST TIME? Based only on what I found on their web site, I ordered a product, fully expecting to return & reorder. Low & behold, the item arrived in short order (less than a week), expertly packed to prevent dammage during shiping, And yes, it was EXACTLY what I wanted. I installed it during tv commercials w/out stress or complications. Thank you for making what could have been a project of mammoth proportions just a blip on the radar.
