very poor---debited my account yet no info re ship date or eta---no email conf either it would have been nice to be advised--yes we received your payment and order and you can expect delivery of item --eta---kinda in la-la land--no communications at all--except from you just now re my purchase...please let them know, not a proper way to do business.....especially when there are others in marketplace selling same item...I will certainly rethink my purchase next time...still awaiting product and communication---over a week now...any idea---perhaps by christmas....and it's late june now...

Don't live up to their warranty or advertising. I placed an order for an in ground pool cover. The item description met my exact requirements. I received the item on time, placed it on the pool and found it to be defective. Upon contacting the company and sending them pictures of the defect, a new cover was sent. It came from another manufacturer, and although it had the same 20 yr warranty, the product was inferior to what I had ordered and wanted and paid for. they never contacted me once I had sent them the pictures, so I had no idea what or when I was receiving a replacement cover.

Was able to open my pool and enjoy the great weather.Would definitely order from AmeriMerc again! Lost a star for the inability to track my order online otherwise had no problems.

GREAT COMPANY, GOOD PRICE, QUALITY PRODUCT & EXCELLENT TIMING. We bought our home a year ago & as older homes go sometimes you inherit the existing hardware. With that being said our pool pump was ancient, loud & severely rusted out. And as you would assume it was time to replace & upgrade. We looked a several pump/motor combinations; good, better, best. We settled on this Tri-Star and couldn't be happier! It gives us just what we need & has lowered our operating cost as well. We no longer need to run our pump for more than 4 hours per day. Our pool is actually cleaner than its ever been & its holding chemicals much-much longer. Long story short this is a great investment. We love our Tri-Star & would definitely use & recommend Amerimerc again & again!!!!!

Best price for item and good service I shopped severeal sites for my pool filter. This site had best price. I purchased the filter and it also had free shipping and no "handling charge". Service was quick as I received the filter in aobut 3 - 4 days. Only issue is I could not track shipment off their website (link did not work) and only communication I received was my original receipt with no shipment notification. In any case it did arrive in timely manner
