GBDon't live up to their warranty or advertising. I placed an order for an in ground pool cover. The item description met my exact requirements. I received the item on time, placed it on the pool and found it to be defective. Upon contacting the company and sending them pictures of the defect, a new cover was sent. It came from another manufacturer, and although it had the same 20 yr warranty, the product was inferior to what I had ordered and wanted and paid for. they never contacted me once I had sent them the pictures, so I had no idea what or when I was receiving a replacement cover.

GBWill Not shop agin Its been 7 days after placing an order and yet to receive shipping confirmation. Order confirmation email says "your order will be processed for fulfillment within the same or next business day". My credit card has been charged but NO UPDATE on shipment.

GBno communication bought a pool cover, it was so cheaply made, the eyelets tore as soon as it was tied down. Also closing chemicals did not come until a week later and we had already closed pool up. Had to buy them locally. I emailed you several times and asked when the chemicals were being shipped and got an email saying will have to check the tracking for it but no one did. I asked to cancel the order for Chemicals and they never canceled but sent them a week too late. Will never deal with this place again and will advise everyone I know not to either.

GBWow, you mean I got what I ordered right the FIRST TIME? Based only on what I found on their web site, I ordered a product, fully expecting to return & reorder. Low & behold, the item arrived in short order (less than a week), expertly packed to prevent dammage during shiping, And yes, it was EXACTLY what I wanted. I installed it during tv commercials w/out stress or complications. Thank you for making what could have been a project of mammoth proportions just a blip on the radar.

GBDisappointed with service I ordered an item on May 30th, as of today June 6th, my order still shows under processing. I have yet to receive my item and have no idea if its in transit or still not shipped. Under processing would indicate that it has not shipped, however, the order status for last years order still indicates under processing and obviously I have received it. Update: Just rec'd tracking info from email I sent requesting information. Would have been more helpful if the website was updated correctly.
