Best price for item and good service I shopped severeal sites for my pool filter. This site had best price. I purchased the filter and it also had free shipping and no "handling charge". Service was quick as I received the filter in aobut 3 - 4 days. Only issue is I could not track shipment off their website (link did not work) and only communication I received was my original receipt with no shipment notification. In any case it did arrive in timely manner

Was able to open my pool and enjoy the great weather.Would definitely order from AmeriMerc again! Lost a star for the inability to track my order online otherwise had no problems.

Will Not shop agin Its been 7 days after placing an order and yet to receive shipping confirmation. Order confirmation email says "your order will be processed for fulfillment within the same or next business day". My credit card has been charged but NO UPDATE on shipment.

Great service but . . . . Monday 8/26/13 1:01 PM Sales #166213 I did receive good service however the product didn't come through with the warranty as advertised. The warranty stated 12 years; the advertised warranty is 15 years. I called on 8/26 and received an email reply from Hisham Abu-Salman with a sales order #215069 requesting the he send a 15 year warranty. As of the current date, 9/9/13, I have not received the correct warranty.

Don't live up to their warranty or advertising. I placed an order for an in ground pool cover. The item description met my exact requirements. I received the item on time, placed it on the pool and found it to be defective. Upon contacting the company and sending them pictures of the defect, a new cover was sent. It came from another manufacturer, and although it had the same 20 yr warranty, the product was inferior to what I had ordered and wanted and paid for. they never contacted me once I had sent them the pictures, so I had no idea what or when I was receiving a replacement cover.
