AmeriMerc always saves me money. I have always been satisfied with their prompt service, lower prices, quality name brands, etc. Someone is always available via telephone to answer all my questions and I have found them very helpful. We are both seniors, have a limited budget and enjoying our small salt water pool is one of the very few luxuries we have. So to be able to maintain our pool for lower prices is a treasure indeed. Disappointed with service I ordered an item on May 30th, as of today June 6th, my order still shows under processing. I have yet to receive my item and have no idea if its in transit or still not shipped. Under processing would indicate that it has not shipped, however, the order status for last years order still indicates under processing and obviously I have received it. Update: Just rec'd tracking info from email I sent requesting information. Would have been more helpful if the website was updated correctly.

Don't live up to their warranty or advertising. I placed an order for an in ground pool cover. The item description met my exact requirements. I received the item on time, placed it on the pool and found it to be defective. Upon contacting the company and sending them pictures of the defect, a new cover was sent. It came from another manufacturer, and although it had the same 20 yr warranty, the product was inferior to what I had ordered and wanted and paid for. they never contacted me once I had sent them the pictures, so I had no idea what or when I was receiving a replacement cover.

Very competitive price with excellent Customer Service I ordered a Hayward Perflex pool pump and filter system from AmeriMerc.com. The delivery is very fast just in 2 days or so. I noticed the package is not originally factory sealed and there's some blemish on the system. After contacting AmeriMerc, they are very responsive to replace with a new one quickly without any question. I believe the first delivery was an honest mistake. They do put customer satisfaction as a priority. Don't have to spend time on Amazon. AmeriMerc.com is definitely a better place to buy pool related stuff. 5 starts without reservation!

I was shocked and disappointed. After unfolding and adjusting ontop of pool I noticed a dime size HOLE burned through the seem. A very noticeable hole I think would have been seen if inspected. After review of warranty I decided to try to patch the hole. Folding and returning a wet cover I thought to be impractical I decided to take the $80.00 on the chin. I have purchased many covers in the past under the name Andrew Haydak and thought it was a no brainier to do it again.
