Best price for item and good service I shopped severeal sites for my pool filter. This site had best price. I purchased the filter and it also had free shipping and no "handling charge". Service was quick as I received the filter in aobut 3 - 4 days. Only issue is I could not track shipment off their website (link did not work) and only communication I received was my original receipt with no shipment notification. In any case it did arrive in timely manner

I was shocked and disappointed. After unfolding and adjusting ontop of pool I noticed a dime size HOLE burned through the seem. A very noticeable hole I think would have been seen if inspected. After review of warranty I decided to try to patch the hole. Folding and returning a wet cover I thought to be impractical I decided to take the $80.00 on the chin. I have purchased many covers in the past under the name Andrew Haydak and thought it was a no brainier to do it again.

Worst Winter Cover ever purchased Received my Winter Cover in record time, but the quality of the Cover is the poorest I have ever purchased. Metal Garnets were missing in one area. One area had two Metal Garnets over lapping each other. Several metal garnets were on the very edge of the trap and several were several inches below the overlapping edging. The size of the cover just barely covered the pool - NO 3 FEET OVER LAP like they state in their write up. Will be surprised if this cover makes it through the winter. Have had a pool for 26 years and have purchased 4 or 5 Winter Covers in the past, this trap was a big mistake and should never have left the factory.

Will Not shop agin Its been 7 days after placing an order and yet to receive shipping confirmation. Order confirmation email says "your order will be processed for fulfillment within the same or next business day". My credit card has been charged but NO UPDATE on shipment.

Wow, you mean I got what I ordered right the FIRST TIME? Based only on what I found on their web site, I ordered a product, fully expecting to return & reorder. Low & behold, the item arrived in short order (less than a week), expertly packed to prevent dammage during shiping, And yes, it was EXACTLY what I wanted. I installed it during tv commercials w/out stress or complications. Thank you for making what could have been a project of mammoth proportions just a blip on the radar.
