I have had to contact dermawand CS five… I have had to contact dermawand CS five times as the wands were only working for about four to five month, each time I got a replacement I was more gentle incase it stopped working again. The one year warranty is useless if the have to keep getting a replacement every three to for month as the strength is so weak it not doing anything. Each time a new video is sent and having to explain the same thing over and over again is ridiculous. The first original dermawand still works not not too strong the new ones are stronger in static but only good for three to four months before the strength is useless. They should stand behind their product and give two to three years knowing the product is being manufactured with cheap poor components.

More tightness in my skin I've not used the derma wand for a while, just started with it again two days ago I can feel tightness in my skin I am 65 I have been using The Cleo Q since I Was forty Its an amazing machine love it I just thought I Would try my derma wand as well has as I haven't used it in ages I can deffo see more results. I have been trying to receive my… I have been trying to receive my LumaWand since May 9, no one at this company will answer any of my inquiries concerning when I will receive it or if I can get my money back, I’ve emailed, chatted, called, no response. I can’t say how the product works but I sure know a scam when I see it. Also, I think everyone should know that trustpilot couldn’t seem to post my comments earlier, maybe they only get paid for good reviews

Dermawand Pro - stops working after a few months Used March for 8 months, no noticeable results so then stored in drawer. Started to use again April 10th. Worked OK 2 days, then next day power does not increase past level 1. It's out of warranty even it has not been overly used. Customer service say: 1. Company no longer has a service or repair facility. 2. Nobody in CS could say what the fault might be. 3. They do not recommend I do anything myself. 4. First offered $50 discount, declined 5. Then offered discount to bring sale to $119.99 + tax. Unlikely I will buy another. Results are marginal if any. I have noted the huge quantity of emails saying that this DermawandPro doesn't work for more than 4/5 months.

Issue with canceling a month shipment of accompanying products The DermaWand is doing it's job. However, CustomerService Terrible the products that are used with the want have an auto monthly ship until cancel. I called when the first shipment came and could not get through, so sent an email to customer service. Now, this month received email another shipment is being shipped. I've call the automated system is still on and and when i choose to cancel the line went dead after about 3 seconds. Called back and waited for operator and explained I want to cancel further shipments, he said having communication issue hearing then said he and then the line went dead. I called back 3 times can't get through. Calling CreditCard Company and filing complaint and ask for refund of charges.
