Initially I thought my skin looked fresher but fif the past month i honestly think I look worse esoecially my neck that I have really concentrated on. I have been trying to receive my… I have been trying to receive my LumaWand since May 9, no one at this company will answer any of my inquiries concerning when I will receive it or if I can get my money back, I’ve emailed, chatted, called, no response. I can’t say how the product works but I sure know a scam when I see it. I can review as I purchased, unlike some! I purchased this about 10 days ago, using it as per instructions and can feel and see an improvement. Reading some of the reviews on here and realising that some haven't even purchased it, they just slate it. Have they nothing better to do? I just use this every evening or morning whilst I'm sat watching TV. I cleanse before I use it, as advised, then moisturise after..... This all probably helps in the results.... But it's working whatever.
