Broken capillaries The dermawand has left my skin with broken capillaries ALL OVER MY FACE leaving me red all the time. After pulling teeth, I returned the item about year ago and you can still see the broken capillaries under all the places I used the wand. I now am self conscious to leave the house without putting on foundation for the redness because people now always comment on how red my face is. I am not even in my mid 30’s yet, otherwise it could make sense to have my face covered with broken capillaries if I was in my 70’s due to age and lifestyle factors. I wish I could sue the company.

I have been trying to receive my… I have been trying to receive my LumaWand since May 9, no one at this company will answer any of my inquiries concerning when I will receive it or if I can get my money back, I’ve emailed, chatted, called, no response. I can’t say how the product works but I sure know a scam when I see it. Also, I think everyone should know that trustpilot couldn’t seem to post my comments earlier, maybe they only get paid for good reviews

I M VERY GRATEFUL I M VERY grateful for the reviews. Consistently saw something I went thru before regarding money coming out unauthorized. Didn't notice if anyone noted Las Vegas NV but many rip off companies come from a company in NV. But again, I thgt the add was a rip. But when u read a review sheet that the negative outweighs the positive, pay attention and consistent with the account being a rip. Make sure u check credit report, many of these companies once u stop payments or dispute, place ur name on as bad credit for non payment. Did anyone buy out right without signing up for monthly deliver? Sounds like light burns out and breaks quickly. It's only 120.00 that's way to cheap to do what it says!!

Buyer beware! Buyer beware! This company claims that using their RF device just 3 min a day for 14 days can produce pictured results. It's a bold lie. It does absolutely nothing no matter how much time you invested into using it or how you used it. Have a look at the picture and see if you notice something highly abnormal about the nose and eyes... That's right, the nose on the "treated" side somehow melted away and the eye itself magically relocated by a quarter of the inch up along with miraculous reduction in wrinkles, sagging and whatnot... If you think their "magic" wand can produce such results, they have a bridge share to sell you for $199! Furthermore, 2 different companies are using the same lame picture claiming their product did it!

I have had to contact dermawand CS five… I have had to contact dermawand CS five times as the wands were only working for about four to five month, each time I got a replacement I was more gentle incase it stopped working again. The one year warranty is useless if the have to keep getting a replacement every three to for month as the strength is so weak it not doing anything. Each time a new video is sent and having to explain the same thing over and over again is ridiculous. The first original dermawand still works not not too strong the new ones are stronger in static but only good for three to four months before the strength is useless. They should stand behind their product and give two to three years knowing the product is being manufactured with cheap poor components.
