More tightness in my skin I've not used the derma wand for a while, just started with it again two days ago I can feel tightness in my skin I am 65 I have been using The Cleo Q since I Was forty Its an amazing machine love it I just thought I Would try my derma wand as well has as I haven't used it in ages I can deffo see more results. Buyer beware! Buyer beware! This company claims that using their RF device just 3 min a day for 14 days can produce pictured results. It's a bold lie. It does absolutely nothing no matter how much time you invested into using it or how you used it. Have a look at the picture and see if you notice something highly abnormal about the nose and eyes... That's right, the nose on the "treated" side somehow melted away and the eye itself magically relocated by a quarter of the inch up along with miraculous reduction in wrinkles, sagging and whatnot... If you think their "magic" wand can produce such results, they have a bridge share to sell you for $199! Furthermore, 2 different companies are using the same lame picture claiming their product did it!

Broken capillaries The dermawand has left my skin with broken capillaries ALL OVER MY FACE leaving me red all the time. After pulling teeth, I returned the item about year ago and you can still see the broken capillaries under all the places I used the wand. I now am self conscious to leave the house without putting on foundation for the redness because people now always comment on how red my face is. I am not even in my mid 30’s yet, otherwise it could make sense to have my face covered with broken capillaries if I was in my 70’s due to age and lifestyle factors. I wish I could sue the company.

Issue with canceling a month shipment of accompanying products The DermaWand is doing it's job. However, CustomerService Terrible the products that are used with the want have an auto monthly ship until cancel. I called when the first shipment came and could not get through, so sent an email to customer service. Now, this month received email another shipment is being shipped. I've call the automated system is still on and and when i choose to cancel the line went dead after about 3 seconds. Called back and waited for operator and explained I want to cancel further shipments, he said having communication issue hearing then said he and then the line went dead. I called back 3 times can't get through. Calling CreditCard Company and filing complaint and ask for refund of charges.

I have never received my parcel. I have never received my parcel. I have emailed them so many times. I'm disgusted the way they don't reply, I think it could be a scam
