GBI have been trying to receive my… I have been trying to receive my LumaWand since May 9, no one at this company will answer any of my inquiries concerning when I will receive it or if I can get my money back, I’ve emailed, chatted, called, no response. I can’t say how the product works but I sure know a scam when I see it. Also, I think everyone should know that trustpilot couldn’t seem to post my comments earlier, maybe they only get paid for good reviews

CANot without this! Im 51, using the original basic non pro Dermawand since my 30's. USE IT DAILY FOR 30 MINUTES or you wont get much in results! I watch tv while using it. It lifts eyebrows/eyes, reduces nasal folds, marionette lines, smoothes jowel lines somewhat. Tightens. You can use ANY cream that enables wand to glide easily. Wipe the top after use with rubbing alcohol or u will have breakouts. Life long user, will always have one. PS. There is a slight smell when using, but this is normal.

ESI have been using the Dermawand pro… I have been using the Dermawand pro twive a day for 3 months. Initially I thought my skin looked fresher but fif the past month i honestly think I look worse esoecially my neck that I have really concentrated on. It looks far worse and I have followed the excercises and instructions to the erletter. My skin looks crepeie. Will stok using it now and hope it improve

GBMore tightness in my skin I've not used the derma wand for a while, just started with it again two days ago I can feel tightness in my skin I am 65 I have been using The Cleo Q since I Was forty Its an amazing machine love it I just thought I Would try my derma wand as well has as I haven't used it in ages I can deffo see more results. GBPoor customer service It stopped working after 4 months. They require a video to prove I'm not lying. I wanted a refund, but that choice is only good for the first 30 days, which should have been a red flag. Now they require me to call so they can charge me more money to send a new one. Their customer service hours do not work for me, I'm a teacher and do not have time to make personal phone calls from work. They refuse to help me through email.. Am disgusted, that was $250 thrown out the window
