More tightness in my skin I've not used the derma wand for a while, just started with it again two days ago I can feel tightness in my skin I am 65 I have been using The Cleo Q since I Was forty Its an amazing machine love it I just thought I Would try my derma wand as well has as I haven't used it in ages I can deffo see more results. Issue with canceling a month shipment of accompanying products The DermaWand is doing it's job. However, CustomerService Terrible the products that are used with the want have an auto monthly ship until cancel. I called when the first shipment came and could not get through, so sent an email to customer service. Now, this month received email another shipment is being shipped. I've call the automated system is still on and and when i choose to cancel the line went dead after about 3 seconds. Called back and waited for operator and explained I want to cancel further shipments, he said having communication issue hearing then said he and then the line went dead. I called back 3 times can't get through. Calling CreditCard Company and filing complaint and ask for refund of charges.

I can review as I purchased, unlike some! I purchased this about 10 days ago, using it as per instructions and can feel and see an improvement. Reading some of the reviews on here and realising that some haven't even purchased it, they just slate it. Have they nothing better to do? I just use this every evening or morning whilst I'm sat watching TV. I cleanse before I use it, as advised, then moisturise after..... This all probably helps in the results.... But it's working whatever.

Ruined my skin I used the Derma Wand for approximately 1 month. Did not see any results initially. I haven’t used or done any other skin treatments since the Derma Wand. Since using it my pores have enlarged so big all over my face, makeup cannot cover it and I’m so self conscious when having face to face conversations with others. Sounds like I’m exaggerating, but I’m not. I wish I’d never touched the thing!

I M VERY GRATEFUL I M VERY grateful for the reviews. Consistently saw something I went thru before regarding money coming out unauthorized. Didn't notice if anyone noted Las Vegas NV but many rip off companies come from a company in NV. But again, I thgt the add was a rip. But when u read a review sheet that the negative outweighs the positive, pay attention and consistent with the account being a rip. Make sure u check credit report, many of these companies once u stop payments or dispute, place ur name on as bad credit for non payment. Did anyone buy out right without signing up for monthly deliver? Sounds like light burns out and breaks quickly. It's only 120.00 that's way to cheap to do what it says!!
