Does nothing. Waste of time and money. I've used the wand regularly and for long periods and focused on on one area and see absolutely no difference to my skin at all. It simply does not work. It does nothing. Total waste of time and money.

Dermawand Pro - stops working after a few months Used March for 8 months, no noticeable results so then stored in drawer. Started to use again April 10th. Worked OK 2 days, then next day power does not increase past level 1. It's out of warranty even it has not been overly used. Customer service say: 1. Company no longer has a service or repair facility. 2. Nobody in CS could say what the fault might be. 3. They do not recommend I do anything myself. 4. First offered $50 discount, declined 5. Then offered discount to bring sale to $119.99 + tax. Unlikely I will buy another. Results are marginal if any. I have noted the huge quantity of emails saying that this DermawandPro doesn't work for more than 4/5 months.

I have had to contact dermawand CS fiveā€¦ I have had to contact dermawand CS five times as the wands were only working for about four to five month, each time I got a replacement I was more gentle incase it stopped working again. The one year warranty is useless if the have to keep getting a replacement every three to for month as the strength is so weak it not doing anything. Each time a new video is sent and having to explain the same thing over and over again is ridiculous. The first original dermawand still works not not too strong the new ones are stronger in static but only good for three to four months before the strength is useless. They should stand behind their product and give two to three years knowing the product is being manufactured with cheap poor components.

Poor customer service It stopped working after 4 months. They require a video to prove I'm not lying. I wanted a refund, but that choice is only good for the first 30 days, which should have been a red flag. Now they require me to call so they can charge me more money to send a new one. Their customer service hours do not work for me, I'm a teacher and do not have time to make personal phone calls from work. They refuse to help me through email.. Am disgusted, that was $250 thrown out the window
