BGCheck the feedback for Dante Labs written within the 12 months prior to ordering My advise even to any enemies I might have is find another company to do your testing with!!! I Wish I checked more thoroughly the customer satisfaction of the company before ordering and paying for their services... I just now am desperately trying to find a phone number that I could call to ask for an estimation of when I will get my test results (5 months after receiving confirmation that my sample was received) only to see that there are people that have been waiting for a year... This is unacceptable...

AUI wish I could give them a 0 rating Buying anything from Dante Labs is a complete and total waste of money. The customer service is non-existent and there is absolutely no communication along the way. I paid for two kits which worked out to 500 Euro (approximately AUD$1000). The kits arrived within 4 weeks which was the only positive I could say. There was no return label so I had to pay for international return postage and after 3 months and countless emails back and forth, my sample was apparently returned to me. I am yet to see any of my money back and doubt I ever will. The only reason I gave this a 1-star review is because I couldn't give a 0. Do not purchase anything from Dante Labs.

GBDante has great DNA insights Dante has great DNA feedback providing in-depth panels to interpret those genes you inherited. They keep improving the insights after you order your sequencing. The health issues I didn't find out about until I was an adult were in my genes at birth. Find out your risk factors before they become health issues.

DEKit stuck in QC for an eternity, Customer Service never replies My kit is stuck in QC since 05. of January. I have contacted customer support numerous times - until today no reply in any way. When searching the internet on trustpilot and elsewhere the only thing I can say that this seems to be the general experience with Dante Labs. No reply to refund-requests, no reply to customer support requests and a total lack of customer service. If there is no reply from Dante within the next 10 days I will take legal action.

GBDon't use this company Don't use this company. I sent in my blood sample almost a year ago and when writing to them they can only say they have the sample. That's it! I think they either destroyed it or lost it. They won't give me my money back either. It's a scam and they lack all creditability. Save your money.
