After reading the negative reviews on Trustpilot, I understand that some people have been waiting a long time to get their results. I want to know how many months I will have to wait for the results. I don't want you to be hesitant to prioritize my family because I understand that you are busy. But, it is important for me to know the result and not to wait for months or worse, completely forgotten. Please consider my request to speed up the procedure and provide me with the results as soon as possible. I am willing to provide any additional information that may be needed to facilitate the process. Thank you for your time and dedication.

They don’t even deserve one star! They don’t even deserve one star. Complete robbery, you can’t get a refund, your results never arrive and they stop responding to you. They should be investigated.

9 months of waiting. Still no results My DNA sequencing kit arrived at Dante Labs on August 1, 2023. I have not been able to get my test results since then. In January 2024, tech support just stopped responding. I suspect that everyone in the company has been struck down by the disease and is under severe quarantine in wards with no communication. I also don't rule out that in addition to this the office has burned down. Otherwise I cannot explain such neglect of customers. P.S. Dear Dante Labs, if you decide to reply to my review with standard copypaste - don't bother, just find my email in your CRM and finally reply to it.
