DEKit stuck in QC for an eternity, Customer Service never replies My kit is stuck in QC since 05. of January. I have contacted customer support numerous times - until today no reply in any way. When searching the internet on trustpilot and elsewhere the only thing I can say that this seems to be the general experience with Dante Labs. No reply to refund-requests, no reply to customer support requests and a total lack of customer service. If there is no reply from Dante within the next 10 days I will take legal action.

GBDante has great DNA insights Dante has great DNA feedback providing in-depth panels to interpret those genes you inherited. They keep improving the insights after you order your sequencing. GBI didn't remember seeing a return… I didn't remember seeing a return label, but I assumed it must have been me... that I did something with it. So I've been reaching out to their support through their emails and contact forms for a literal month about getting a label. Then, when I started posting on their Insta, low and behold someone finally answered me with a label. I got the shipping label today, and the address is a virtual address at an Express Ship, not a lab. I know this is a German company, but I don't feel comfortable at all with sending my sample to a location that is not a lab. Who knows where my sample is actually going or what will be done with it? When I got the express ship destination label, I came here to check other reviews. Wow! I was blown away that I'm definitely not alone, and also, they literally just didn't send the shipping label. I'm concerned that I am part of a full-on scam and I already entered all my personal details into their portal.

DE9 months of waiting. Still no results My DNA sequencing kit arrived at Dante Labs on August 1, 2023. I have not been able to get my test results since then. In January 2024, tech support just stopped responding. I suspect that everyone in the company has been struck down by the disease and is under severe quarantine in wards with no communication. I also don't rule out that in addition to this the office has burned down. Otherwise I cannot explain such neglect of customers. P.S. Dear Dante Labs, if you decide to reply to my review with standard copypaste - don't bother, just find my email in your CRM and finally reply to it.

CHSent in the sample roughly half a year… Sent in the sample roughly half a year ago, stuck in the "Your kit will be sequenced shortly" stage for the past like 4 months... 0 Communication from their side regarding whats happening. 0/10 Would not recommend
