DE9 months of waiting. Still no results My DNA sequencing kit arrived at Dante Labs on August 1, 2023. I have not been able to get my test results since then. In January 2024, tech support just stopped responding. I suspect that everyone in the company has been struck down by the disease and is under severe quarantine in wards with no communication. I also don't rule out that in addition to this the office has burned down. Otherwise I cannot explain such neglect of customers. P.S. Dear Dante Labs, if you decide to reply to my review with standard copypaste - don't bother, just find my email in your CRM and finally reply to it.

GBNo Response, No Results no response, no results. EDIT Dante has responded here on trust pilot on April 24 2024. I have previously written to Dante using the email they referenced two times since Dec 2023. I have also filled out the contact forms online. After recieving no responses over several weeks I gave up and disputed the charge with my bank. I have also reported Dante to the FTC and BBB and written to the CEO on linkedIn. This Trust Pilot response has been the first communication since I received my DNA test kit.

CHSent in the sample roughly half a year… Sent in the sample roughly half a year ago, stuck in the "Your kit will be sequenced shortly" stage for the past like 4 months... 0 Communication from their side regarding whats happening. 0/10 Would not recommend

GBNo Return Label, No Customer Support Update: Customer service responded with a mailing label 3 weeks after my first inquiry, which was 3 weeks after I placed the order. ---- I placed an order for a full sequence kit, and it came after 3 weeks but didn't come with an address label. I've emailed three times and filled out a contact form twice but haven't had a response. As the other reviews note below, they don't respond to the customer support email they provide in their responses here.
