DE9 months of waiting. Still no results My DNA sequencing kit arrived at Dante Labs on August 1, 2023. I have not been able to get my test results since then. In January 2024, tech support just stopped responding. I suspect that everyone in the company has been struck down by the disease and is under severe quarantine in wards with no communication. I also don't rule out that in addition to this the office has burned down. Otherwise I cannot explain such neglect of customers. P.S. Dear Dante Labs, if you decide to reply to my review with standard copypaste - don't bother, just find my email in your CRM and finally reply to it.

I received emails regularly to let me know what step the processing of kit was at. My results were back in around 6 weeks time. Happy with Dante Labs & would totally recommend!

GBBest whole genome testing Looks like they've received a bunch of bad reviews due to delays in processing they had earlier this year, but my experience has been positive. Turnaround time of about a month between sending in sample and getting results. Best value for whole genome testing, super helpful suite of genetic reports, and easy to use interface. Very happy with my experience!

GBDon't use this company Don't use this company. I sent in my blood sample almost a year ago and when writing to them they can only say they have the sample. That's it! I think they either destroyed it or lost it. They won't give me my money back either. It's a scam and they lack all creditability. Save your money.

GBAfter a minor issue in the… After a minor issue in the beginning-the blood collector malfunctioned, probably user error- they sent out another kit quickly. After they received the sample back, I had results returned to me quickly. I’m so happy I chose to go with Dante for testing, especially as I found out I’m a carrier of the BRAC 1&2 gene. If your unaware those are the breast cancer genes. This information, and all of the rest, will help me be more proactive for my health.
