9 months of waiting. Still no results My DNA sequencing kit arrived at Dante Labs on August 1, 2023. I have not been able to get my test results since then. In January 2024, tech support just stopped responding. I suspect that everyone in the company has been struck down by the disease and is under severe quarantine in wards with no communication. I also don't rule out that in addition to this the office has burned down. Otherwise I cannot explain such neglect of customers. P.S. Dear Dante Labs, if you decide to reply to my review with standard copypaste - don't bother, just find my email in your CRM and finally reply to it.

Fast results, responsive support I received my results about a month after I sent in my sample, which was faster than what they promised. I had a question about submitting my sample and got a quick and helpful reply from customer service. I don’t think you could do better for getting whole genome sequencing.

Check the feedback for Dante Labs written within the 12 months prior to ordering My advise even to any enemies I might have is find another company to do your testing with!!! I Wish I checked more thoroughly the customer satisfaction of the company before ordering and paying for their services... I just now am desperately trying to find a phone number that I could call to ask for an estimation of when I will get my test results (5 months after receiving confirmation that my sample was received) only to see that there are people that have been waiting for a year... This is unacceptable...
