Buyer Beware I can't believe that in 2020 any retailer would accept no returns. It's my fault for not checking, but it never even occurred to me you could be in business with that kind of policy. I wish I had come to this site first. I will never buy from them again.

Awful Awful Awful Well, I was desperate for a pool part and didn't look at reviews. Awful, Awful, Awful. Website says shipping within 48 "business hours", which I took to mean 6 business days - a little over a week. 2 1/2 weeks later, even after multiple emails and phone calls there is no response and no product. I will dispute the charge and move on. Lesson learned. Beware - they also go under the names AZ Pool Supplies and In-Floor Pool Parts.
